Frederick was kind, accommodating, and extremely adaptive. He really makes sure to give you what your body needs to feel relaxed/heal. During my session it was clear that he was knowledgeable because he taught me about my shoulder injury, explained what he was doing and why, and advised me on how to continue treating my injury on my own. He's an incredibly sweet person who cares less about money and more about healthcare so do not go anywhere else! He even sent me home with heating patches out of pure kindness. I’ve been raving about him since our appointment and I recommend him to anyone. He even offers a great student discount so even on a budget I'm going to make sure to have regular appointments with him because my body and mood have felt refreshed since seeing him. It was a pleasure visiting Frederick and I look forward to seeing him next!

This was my first time going here. Always a little nervous going to a new, unknown masseuse but this will now 100% be my place to go. Frederick took care of me and was very attentive, checked in often (re: pressure, ok areas to massage, feedback) in a non-obstructing fashion, and gave me a lot of relief in all of the target zones I asked for. The office space is also super lovely, peaceful music, not too much small talk. I would recommend this place to others but I don't want my time slots to fill up! A+ business.
