Manager convinced me to sign up for membership based upon the fact that they would almost always be able to get me an appointment when needed. Turns out that when you are not a member, there is often a therapist available. Unfortunately, when you become a member, it is significantly more challenging to get appointments. It seems that therapists are reserved for potential members or they are just having staffing problems. Regardless, I have tried repeatedly to use the membership and so far (after 3 months) it has still not been possible. I left numerous messages to speak with the owner (Matt) and he has still not returned my call. Employees have repeated told me he would return my call, but it has not happened to date. After my 4th call regarding this subject, I was told that Matt does not want to talk to me because he was not involved in the original sale. They said that the manager will be calling. I am writing this review as a first step and am hopeful that the business takes responsibility for their unethical behavior.

I've been to Elements several times and the only thing that has kept me from buying a membership is the fact that we're moving. The business is very nice inside, and the service has always been excellent. The emails that give updates on the day's openings have come in handy, and twice I've had Leslie as my massage therapist-- he is AMAZING, and I highly recommend him to anyone who experiences discomfort or pain due to tension or the normal wear-and-tear of life. I've had good experiences with everyone I've seen there, but he is BY FAR the best I've had in the area. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! They will cancel your appointment without giving you any warning what so ever. They gave me no phone calls, emails, or texts notifying me that my massage was canceled due to a shortage of staff. I later found out that my experience was not uncommon, as many of my friends shared similar stories of showing up for their appointments at Elements, only to be told that they had been canceled. I have never been to a spa as unprofessional and incompetent as this one.

As always Elements Massage Needham rocks! I have been a very satisfied client for over 2 yrs now - the staff is professional and courteous. Each therapist has a unique style and technique, so it is important to match your preferences and needs to the right therapist. Yesterday, the massage by Mysha - one of the new therapists was phenomenal! She has the strength and technique to apply deep tissue massage, but can also go gentler when the client requests it. She is attentive and very thorough. A wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back.

Relaxing waiting room, convenient location, but most of all- it's all about the masseuse. Steve is terrific at what he does, super nice, and very fun/ny.

One of the first things I noticed was how tastefully the reception area and waiting area were decorated. It was very professional and I felt like the atmosphere helped me start to relax before the massage even began. The receptionist was very courteous and professional, and very informative when my wife and I had questions about the history forms we filled out. My massage therapist was Isaac, and he was great. He spent some time talking to me prior to the massage about my expectations, and explained his particular style to make sure it was what I was looking for. (I was looking primarily for a deep tissue massage to loosen the knots in my upper back and ease some of my overall tension.) Isaac was very communicative with me throughout the entire massage, consistently checking in to make sure he was not applying too little or too much pressure, and making sure that I was comfortable. Overall I was extremely impressed the professionalism and skill of the employees at the Needham branch of Elements, and happily recommend it to anyone.

My back/ shoulder was really bothering me and I called in the AM and they were able to fit me in later that day. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. My therapist was Elena and she was excellent. She managed to do a deep tissue massage that really worked through the muscle tightness without making it a painful experience. She was responsive and listened to my particular needs and did not give a "one size fits all" massage. Great experience and I will certainly be returning.

Consistently quality massage across the staff. I just specify the type of massage and areas in need and they'll match me to the best therapist. They've worked to accommodate appointments whenever possible,but I found it best to book at least a couple of days in advance. Credit system makes going at least once a month much easier.

My fiancé and I went to get massages at the Elements Massage in Needham and we had a great experience there. We also received 2 gift cards for individual 55 minute massages redeemable at the franchise's Needham location. We had been looking forward to our trip here the entire week, and it was well worth it. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was soothing, and the décor was excellent! You could tell this place was high class right when you walked in. We both asked for a female masseuse for our massages and they happily fulfilled our request. The masseuse who worked on me was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She asked me what type of massage I wanted and what area I wanted her to focus on. I asked her to please do a deep tissue body massage and to focus on my problematic right leg hamstring as well as the ball of my left foot, which had been bothering me for 2 days before our visit. She did not disappoint. She went deep into my right hamstring, going up and down the back of my right leg, and rubbed and treated my left foot. Soft, soothing music played throughout the entire massage session and my masseuse let me relax the whole time. I got up feeling nice and relaxed and feeling like I was really worked on, which is what I wanted. My right hamstring felt a lot better and the pain in the ball of my left foot was completely gone. My fiancé loved her time here as well, so we're definitely coming back here again. I don't typically write online reviews, but when I read something that sounds like an isolated incident, and when the service we received here was so top notch, I feel it is my duty to give my 2 cents and share our experience. To conclude, I say to give this place a try - you will not be disappointed.
