They will charge you for a full service if you cancel less than 24 hours in advanced, but will do nothing for you when they cancel on you.
The manager claimed they will waive the first time cancelation fee but that isn’t listed anywhere on their website.
I get at least 3 adverts from the company a day. I suggested that they email when they cancel as well as call, but the manager said people would find that odd.
I’m really unhappy with how this was all handled. I would suggest calling in advanced to see if your appointment is still on.
the email I received from the manager
“Lori, I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately your therapist *** did have a family emergency that put her out of work Sunday & yesterday. Our team did try to reach you by phone, most clients think it's odd to send a cancellation through email as it is not as urgent as a phone call, but I have put in your notes that if this were to happen again in the future that you would like us to use both mediums.
As we do typically waive the "First Time" Cancellation fee to our clients, we must ask our clients forgive our first time rescheduling their appointment last minute as well. I truly apologize I didn't see your email sooner, I would like to make sure you have put this email as the contact information for us going forward as any other email would be incorrect. I hope I adequately addressed your concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience. I have seen in your profile you did not reschedule, would you like to reschedule with me over email today?
