Elements massage is simply the best. I had been working with therapists in the andover area but when i moved on campus at a local boarding school i was delighted to find an elements so close! Therapeutic massage for stress relief and wellness and self care for me for an old back injury keeps me able to run and tumble with students and faculty half my age hahaha! I won't name names but there are a few therapists at this location that are more than miracle workers they truly have made an impact in my life for the better.

Amazing experience with Kelly!! She gave me a great deep tissue massage to help work out the stiffness, pain and knots in my back and shoulder. The place is super clean and relaxing inside. I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and they even offer fruit infused water at the entrance. Can’t wait to go back

They will charge you for a full service if you cancel less than 24 hours in advanced, but will do nothing for you when they cancel on you. The manager claimed they will waive the first time cancelation fee but that isn’t listed anywhere on their website. I get at least 3 adverts from the company a day. I suggested that they email when they cancel as well as call, but the manager said people would find that odd. I’m really unhappy with how this was all handled. I would suggest calling in advanced to see if your appointment is still on. the email I received from the manager “Lori, I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately your therapist *** did have a family emergency that put her out of work Sunday & yesterday. Our team did try to reach you by phone, most clients think it's odd to send a cancellation through email as it is not as urgent as a phone call, but I have put in your notes that if this were to happen again in the future that you would like us to use both mediums. As we do typically waive the "First Time" Cancellation fee to our clients, we must ask our clients forgive our first time rescheduling their appointment last minute as well. I truly apologize I didn't see your email sooner, I would like to make sure you have put this email as the contact information for us going forward as any other email would be incorrect. I hope I adequately addressed your concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience. Outstanding service, the therapists are fantastic. If you want a GREAT sports/deep tissue massage, you can't go wrong with any of the therapists but I'd ask for Rich... the man knows his stuff!

How does this even happen?? I booked a massage online, drove 30 minutes to the establishment and then was told that I didn't have an appointment!! The receptionist said she hates their online booking system because it allows people to book appointments when they really don't have availability. Seriously?! Not happy!!!!

I have been going there for almost 4 years. Lauren is a experienced professional therapist, who can customize the sessions according to the specific client needs. Whether you need stress reduction, or really deep tissue, she can do it all. Highly recommended. The staff at the front desk is courteous and very friendly making customers feel welcomed at this place.

Just gother a massage this morning, and was one of the best massages that I ever had. Hailey, my terapist was super amazing. Very professional and did an awesome job with the hot stones. No doubt that I will continue to book appointments with her. She was very knowledgeable about areas of my back, neck, and shoulders. Most of all she gave my back a great new feeling. Feeling great, thanks to her magical hands.

The Therapist Hailey was AWESOME!! She asked several times about the pressure until we found the one for me. When she changed from my Neck to Back she asked again. That was great because I like less pressure on my neck and more on my back. She explained some small things I could do to help in between session with tension in my neck. They have helped a lot. I'll be going back.

Well, I gotta say the environment there is pretty good. But the therapist does need more training. My therapist can't find muscle correctly. What's more, she can't even fill the whole session (I had a 60min session, but she only used 35 mins). Now I have unsubscribed my service with them. Compared to those Chinese massage shop, element massage is a worse choice.

I was having severe pain shooting up my spine and around my ribcage. My sister was visiting at the time and I wanted to feel better so we could showing her around MA. They were able to schedule both of us at the same time. Stephanie was my massage therapist and she was explaining what was happening with my muscle spasms and was able to work them out. Its been over a month and I've not had that pain since. It's a lovely little day spa and I highly recommend it.
