Today I had the best experience at elements massage. This was my first time at elements massage and I can say that I will definitely be back. My masseuse was Lucy (Not sure if that’s spelled correctly), she is so genuine and helpful. This was seriously eye opening to me about how helpful it is to go to a great masseuse. I’ve been to other massage places and left feeling as if my needs were never completely met but elements massage completely sold me. I left feeling the most relaxed I’ve felt in years!

As soon you walk you you greeted with smile and they are so nice. The front ppl make you feel special. My massage speacilist was very nice asked all the rt ? Before I got undress. She was very attivive to my needs thru the massage to make sur she wasn't to hard on my back. Crystal was a great fit for me I look forward to going back. For my budget it's expensive even with the deal that's why I left before, but I decided that I need to go back with my history of chronic pain and migraines and everything I am going thru it is worth it. I did it last year for almost 5-6 mos started to feel better and this was the only for of treatment working for me to this date today.

So I was really looking forward to getting a professional massage for the first time in my natural life. It was great for about five minutes then the girl stopped and told me she would be right back and that she just needed to grab somethi g for the massage . left the room. Came back three minutes later told me she could not continue the massage. Go grab your things and she'll check you out at the front desk.they Took my money and told me that 'someone most likely will be in contact with you.' so I thought 'ok, that's ok, they'll just set me up another appointment. Not true. The phone call I was 'PROBABLY MOST LIKELY' going to recieve was just to discuss why I had been kicked out the door AFTER JUST FIVE MINUTes. Overall it was a heartbreaking experience and I regret the decision fully and I'm never going back. I don't even know if I'd be allowed. ...they had no trouble taking my money, though. ..like I had done something wrong and it was my fault so I had to pay for it. FIVE MINUTES. That's how long it took to basically be robbed and humiliated. Everyone seemed OK with it, though. Thanks for ruining everything. Worst experience of my life so far. If you're thinking about making an appointment. Don't. Find someplace else. I imagine anyplace else is better . very unprofessional.

My experience at Elements has really varied based on the person helping me at the front desk and the therapist. Ive had some less than great service, and one horrible massage, and I almost didnt come back.... but last week I had the best massage of my life with John! And Brittany is great at scheduling and all the other work that she does. If everybody could have the level of professionalism and skill that they do it would be great!!

I visited 321 School Street, Mansfield location, it was my fourth time. My therapist was someone I hadn't had treat me before, I believe her name was Danielle O.? I'm not sure what her level of training is, but she was FANTASTIC. It seemed like she had been doing massage therapy for years, or had taken special training or something. She seemed to have an intuitive, almost spiritual approach to treatment. I could feel my muscles respond immediately to her approach. I've had a lot of massage treatments but Danielle has a special talent!
