I had an appointment in April which went really well, the therapist was great, she really helped me and I was scheduled to go back in May or June. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I wasn't able to make my appointment and was charged $15.00 for a late cancel, which I understand, I made an appointment and couldn't keep it. My frustration is that I made another appointment in October for November 8th. I am now 8 months pregnant and really needed a prenatal massage. I moved my calendar around because prenatal therapists are apparently scarce at this location. My appointment was made for 5:30PM. I received a voicemail from Karen at 4:26PM that day stating the therapist was in a car accident and to call back and reschedule. I told her I was unable to do any other day that week and then I asked her if anyone else was available who could see me this week, if not I can try and make it for the following week. Karen said someone else was available and to go ahead and come in at 5:30. As I pulled into the parking lot at 5:20, Karen called me back and said that the therapist was leaving because she heard back from her doctor and needed to leave and that there was nothing they could do. At this point I am irate. 1. Karen lied to me by telling me another therapist was available and 2. You've cancelled on me TWICE. I asked Karen if she could refund me the $15.00 they charged me in May for me cancelling last minute and that I was never going back to this location. She agreed that the credit card they had on file would be refunded and I have yet to hear back from them and I am still waiting for my refund. Beware of this location and of Karen!!
