Front desk staff is incredibly friendly. Every massage therapist is good and many of them have special areas of expertise. All therapist are accomodating when it comes to more or less pressure, or lingering on a particular area that is unusally tight and needs more attention. Oh yeah, The York peppermint patties are a fun and tasty bonus!

Alysha, the receptionist was amazing! She booked my appointment and took care of me when I checked in. It was very easy to book the appointment and the forms were easy to fill out. I felt relaxed from the minute I walked in. Stephanie was AMAZING! She asked questions to get a feel for what I wanted out my massage and boy did she get it right. She double checked how the pressure was during the massage which was comforting. I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing massage by Mary- I felt so relaxed and revived. I only give it 4 stars because I was a member at the Brookline location and it was shut down without warning. I had 60 days to redeem my massage. I called corporate for a refund and more information- I called about 6 times, left messages, and never heard from them. Afraid I wouldn't get my money back, I scheduled a massage (even though it was a 40 min drive away). I'm disappointed in the company as a whole. Not with the masseuses and masseurs because they have been amazing and talented. The lack of communication and the fact that I could no longer redeem the perks I was counting on (because it was only for the Brookline location) left me discouraged. I will not ever become a member at any other locations in the future as I no longer trust the company.

I love getting my monthly massage. It's something i look forward to every month. I wish i could afford to make it more often! The front desk girls are absolutely lovely and make me feel very at home every time i walk in the door, or want to schedule an appointment. Robin is the best massage therapist ive ever seen. She is sweet, and kind and listens to exactly what my new aches and pains are. And as a pregnant woman there are many of them! I love Elements Belmont and recommend it to everyone looking for some R&R!

I had a massage in October 2017 with Tony, who was new for me. Tony was SO wonderful! He can give massages to a level 4, but I prefer very gentle massages and he was able to fully accommodate. He was very considerate about checking in on my comfort regularly, but not too often. I appreciated his warm, relaxed personality.

I really never write reviews, but I just had a great massage at Elements in Belmont. I have been trying different places in the area and this is my new favorite. Earnest (my therapist) carefully addressed my problem areas (shoulders and upper back) and checked in with me often to see if the pressure was okay (it was). I was also pleasantly surprised by how nice the reception people were....very friendly and helpful. Not at all the typical snooty spa atmosphere. I'll be going back soon and am thinking about joining their membership program which seems like a great deal.

My husband and I just got a couple massage from Ryan and Kevin and let me tell you, they are so professional and they care about what you are looking for: either for simple relaxation or for relieving any tension of your body. We are so relaxed after it!!! Ryan healed my back and shoulder pain. Definitely going to sign up the membership. This is the Best massage place ever! Thank you Ryan and Kevin!
