I have been going to Elements in Acton for 4 years, since being injured multiple times playing high school sports. After trying a chiropractor, PT, etc. massage therapy and SPECIFICALLY Elements in Acton has helped me more than anything I've tried. I count down the days until my next scheduled massage, if I had the $ in my pocket I would go every other day. My sessions are truly a therapy session, not just a massage. Every therapist I've had listens to you and wants to help you. Specifically, Annie is not only an amazing therapist but remembers everything from the previous session when I come back even if it's a month later. From conversations to spots i was in pain, she really wants to get to know you so she can help you in the best way possible. But honestly I've had so many of the therapists over the years and they're all amazing.

My therapist Kathy listens to my specific problem areas and also gives me feedback on stretching techniques to improve my flexibility. Got a great massage.I found the staff to be professional and friendly. Brian was the masseuse I had and he was great. He took the time to listen to my speciffic needs and customize a massage to target the areas causing me pain. When I walked into elements I walked in with back and hip pain, when I walked out I was relaxed and had no pain. I would highly recomend elements to anyone interested in a great massage at a great price.

Every once in a while I throw my back out and I have excruciating lower back pain. I did not think it would help, but based on my wife's prodding I went for a massage. As usual, according to her, my wife was right. I did feel much better. The massage was wonderful.

I booked an hour for me and my wife. Weather was bad and I was late. First they informed me that the late minutes will count as if I'm receiving service. Then I came realize that both massagers are male which I did not know. I was only asked about the preference on depth of massage but not the gender preference. I ended up not using the service. But paid full amount for 2. So these are unpleasant lessons, which nonetheless will keep me away from this place.

I had Tony as my masseuse for the first time. After carrying a baby on my hip for the last year, and back to working out on a regular basis, he was literally a magic healer. He knew just what to do, got out all of the kinks in my back and used the perfect amount of pressure. I felt amazing when I left but even better the next day. I highly recommend him and I will definitely be requesting him next time!

I am always greeted immediately and with a smile. My needs for accommodation in scheduling, rescheduling, are met without hesitation. The staff is friendly, positive, and responsive to concerns. They are dependable and reliable when it comes to reminder calls and to emergencies. I would highly recommend the location because it has excellent parking and allows for grocery and errand shopping immediately before or after your appointment. Throughout many illnesses and some devastating injury, and even with a chronic illness, the therapists adjust treatments accordingly and I leave feeling better.

Fantastic all around! Warm and genuine welcomes from the front desk staff, the massage therapists have a real gift for healing, quick and easy to book your next appointment (or next 10!). I highly recommend this location. I have been to several other Elements when traveling, and this is by far my favorite - so I'm so glad it is my "home location" - If you don't have a membership yet - what are you waiting for?!?

Been trying to make an appointment for a while now, and am new to the area. They don't answer their phones and don't respond to requests for inquiries. When I actually did make it through on the phone, I got put on hold or disconnected three times. Not worth the trouble.

My therapist, Yuri, is a master of the massage. He is a good listener and very skilled at reaching areas in need of rehab. His skill set is unique and perfectly adapted to any client needing rehabilitation services after surgery or injury. His knowledge in sports related injuries is immense and treatment of strains/overuse issues a specialty. His techniques in myo-fascial release have been perfected with years of experience and he weaves therapeutic stretches into his program. He is solicitous of client comfort and level of pressure. I highly recommend Yuri.
