Time “on the table” helps to restore my not-so-young body from a physically demanding job and various athletic pursuits. It also allows me a comfortable, safe space in which to relax and unwind. Caroline is quite gifted at the art of massage as well as at discovering areas of the body that may need special attention. I also appreciate her advice for self-care and better health. I highly recommend Conscious Touch.

Laurie is a wonderful massage therapist, tuned in to her clients' needs. She's always sure to check in to make sure the pressure is right and that you are feeling well through your massage. She is warm and inviting and makes you feel at home when you come in. When I came in while I was pregnant, she was very conscious of my body's needs. Postpartum, she remembered me and made sure to check in on how I was doing after the baby came. Since then, she's helped me through some of the discomforts of carrying around and nursing a baby.
