Look no further if you are seeking the best in Massage therapy. Anna is simply the best one could ever hope for in her ability to diagnose and treat a problem. My story is one of a long period of 4 years of suffering, numerous trips to the doctor(at least 10..Boston and Worcester),chiropractors, Months of Physical therapy, ,Advil by the bushels multiple injections into my back . It was not pleasant. I pointed out my pain to Anna and immediately she felt she knew what the problem was. She advised me to get an xray of my hip and sure enough I needed a replacement. I had experienced Lyme disease a number of years back and I believe everyone else lost focus of what I was saying when I pinpointed the area of pain in my buttocks. I really believe if I had met Anna four years ago I would have had four good years and not the painful four years I experienced. Most importantly when you are in pain you want to trust the people helping you. She has continued to assist in my recovery and the results have been GREAT. I fully and wholeheartedly trust Anna

Had a nice experience here! My masseuse was friendly and very knowledgeable, she did a great job targeting my problem areas. The only downside was that it was too short! I’ve made another appointment for a 60 min massage and can’t wait to go back!!

I can honestly say that I never write reviews but truly feel that this massage therapy office is one is one that should be congratulated on many levels! I have such gratitude for the massage therapy that I received throughout the last 10 plus years at Body and Beyond. Anna , the owner and core of this office, is a extremely talented, intuitive, caring, kind and knowledgeable therapist. Her care for you during your massage appointment is focused solely on you and her technique is exceptional. She is always seeking additional continuing education and is eager to learn more to assist her clients - as well as teach others her caring way. Throughout the years, the other therapists that she brings in to join her incredible team are crefully chosen and provide superior services as well. Additionally, office staff always makes you feel welcome- it is a safe and warm environment in which to relax! I call Anna my healing hands as I have many issues attributed to my career and life that require her expertise. I have never received therapeutic massages such as I do at Body and Beyond anywherelse throughout this area or any other part of the world. My loyalty as well as my gratitude go out to Body and Beyond!

Had a deep tissue massage with Anna today and it was absolutely amazing! I was looking for pain and tension relief from working so much and she went above all expectations. She worked and massaged muscles I didn’t even know I had! Besides the amazing massage, the room and table were very clean, the oils and lotions smelled amazing, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I plan on returning and referring friends to check it out!

I have been seeing Anna at Body n Beyond for over 10 years. I am a runner and triathlete and have seen several orthopedic doctors, physical therapists and a few other massage therapists over my 20+ years of training and racing. No one understands the muscular system, injury prevention and rehabilitation like Anna. She has gotten me back on the road after every injury I've suffered and I don't train for a big event anymore without incorporating visits to Anna into my training plan. She has often worked me into her busy schedule in the early mornings or evenings to make sure I get the treatment I need at the right times in my training. She truly understands athletes and their bodies like no other professional I've seen.
