Amy is great!! I have been going to Amy now for about 1 yr. and she has "fixed" me numerous times! At different times I had a problems with my neck muscles, tennis elbow, and the infamous periformis muscle. Her treatments reduced my pain and improved my flexibility, ultimately resolving the issue each time. And Amy is a sweetie pie!; she is friendly, personable and makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Amy is very knowledgeable about body therapy and is able to explain it in a way that makes sense and is understandable. I feel very lucky to have found her; she was recommended to me by a coworker, and I can confidently recommend her and have!

Being Amy's husband you might think I would have a biased opinion. But actually when I listen to Amy and let her work on me. I always feel better. I have had a pinched nerve that has never really healed properly. And when she works on me it always increases my range of movement and relieved the pain that I'm just so used to unfortunately. Happily I get the family discount I think I'm foolish for not taking advantage of it more often.

Any is the best! Been seeing her for years. Everyone needs a great body mechanic like Amy

Amy was my first experience with a massage therapist and she was my calling!! I had a bad accident months before meeting Amy and had gone through months of physical therapy that had only gotten me to a certain plateau. My chiropractor recommended I try a few sessions with and WOW did she make a world of difference! If you're having ANY sort of pain, I am without doubt, Amy is the one to see!

I have been going to Amy for some time now and I highly recommend her. My body feels so much better since I started seeing her. She is educational as well as she knows how to heal your body . I especially like she has great recommendations to help heal whatever is going on in my body. I look forward to my appointments with her and she is helping my body heal.

I started seeing Amy 4 months ago for neck and back pain. She has worked wonders on me, the Myofascial Release and Body Work has helped me a great deal. Amy is very knowledgeable and caring and she also educates you as she's helping you. I also see a Chiropractor, though most of my improvement has come from seeing Amy. I wish I would have found her years ago.

Amy is one of the best massage therapists I have been to. With her combination of myofascial release and massage therapy, she always gets to the root of the pain. You'll feel 100% better after her treatment.

Is there a rating higher than 5? I have been going to Amy for about 7 months. Little did I know when I started where this journey would go. I went for an injury and found the my posture, which has always been terrible, is correctable with help. All those PBS specials about exercise are wonderful, but if it the body part is not working, exercise can't help it, it can only strengthen the parts that function. Between Body Therapy and Chiropractic care, my hips are going back where they belong, my posture is improving and I am getting back my inch of lost height that I thought was inevitable with age. I recommend Myofascial Release and I recommend Amy as a terrific Body Therapist. She knows her muscles, she knows her anatomy and she knows when to recommend outside intervention, such as PT and chiropractic care. She is calm and helps you feel calm as well. Therapeutic massage was never my answer, this is.

The moment I walked into Amy's office I felt a sense of relief, ease and calmness - instantly feeling like I was in the right place to receive healing. Amy is a very genuine, kind and compassionate person who goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I have been seeing Amy for several months due to chronic low back/sciatic nerve pain. Amy is very intuitive, but also very knowledgeable about the body with her experience in PT and Myofascial release. Amy's expertise has given me hope that I will get out of the cycle of pain I have been experiencing. Additionally, Amy has helped me to become more clear on how tied our emotions are to physical aliments that begin to show up in the body when they are unable to be expressed. I have been treated by a traditional psychotherapist due to experiences of emotional trauma/abuse and can say that my sessions with Amy have surpassed all of my experiences in traditional talk therapy as she is helping me heal on a cellular level. Amy is very professional and has strong therapeutic boundaries which creates safety and trust. She has allowed me to feel more connected to my body as I have been able to develop a new sense of trust that with a little bit of help the body has everything it needs to begin healing itself. I would highly recommend Amy.

I have been going to Amy Hager a couple times a month for approximately three years. On my initial visit she took the time to evaluate my current status and understand what my objectives were for message therapy. I was especially pleased to learn that Amy had practiced as a physical therapist assistant for over 20 years prior to her opening up her own practice. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and how it all is interconnected and works together. Amy is very talented massage therapist and is always professional. She has a variety of techniques to keep me in balance, helping me to improve my posture, reduce body and joint inflammation, and increase my flexibility. She integrates many modalities in her care including myofascial release, craniosacral work, stretching, and message. Each session is customized to how I'm feeling that day and moving me towards my long-term goals. I like that she takes notes at each session so she has a running history of my progress that adds to the continuity and effectiveness of my care. Amy is very caring and is working on the mental and spiritual well being as part of my body treatment. She is constantly learning new techniques through continuing education and incorporates her new knowledge into her customized treatment. If you're looking for a highly trained and talented massage therapist, I highly recommend Amy. Rich B

Despite a bulging disk ultimately forcing my body out of alignment and a visible tissue buildup to develop for a year, Amy was able to help. After my first two hour treatment swelling went down 80% and she aligned my body again. This is not a relaxing massage, but a long lasting alignment set to help my future rather than a feel good moment. Hands of an angel.

My first experience with Amy, but not the last, made such a difference in my pain level. I would highly recommend a visit it's so worth it. Thank you Amy!

Amy is wonderful! She has helped me with a problem that I thought there was no help for. I'd never been to a myofascial therapist prior to seeing her but I am glad I decided to try it out. I've had three visits and plan to continue!

This was my first time having body therapy, and Amy made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The space was very warm and inviting. Amy listened attentively to my issues and implemented what she felt would work best for me. Her expertise was evident and her gentle approach was exactly what I needed. Making the appointment was one of the best things I could have done for myself physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Amy and can not wait to return for my next appointment.

I am a licensed massage therapist and my interest in learning and experiencing myofascial release is what led me to find Amy. And I am SO glad I did!! Amy is an amazingly talented, compassionate and intuitive therapist. Her kindness and generosity is unmatched and I’m so grateful for her presence and guidance. She is exceptionally skilled and no matter what aches or pains I have, I always leave feeling better. I will be a lifelong client for sure!

I have been to a lot of massage therapists over the years and Amy is one of the best. I most appreciate both her therapeutic skills and her obvious concern for her clients' well being. I've been going to her regularly for three years now and she has always addressed whatever muscular issues I bring with me. I do a mix of hard physical labor, long stretches of computer desk work and long plane flights, all of which result is a variety of different aches & pains. Amy does a great job of making them go away.

Amy is a super knowledgable, gifted MT and PTA who combines many modalities to achieve the goal of getting you well and moving! Working with her has been the best experience in improving my neck and other alignment problems. I have had more progress and improvement working with Amy in a few sessions than I have with ANY other practicioner or physical therapist or chiropractor. I highly recommend Amy, she is the best and really knows her stuff!

Michael DeTora

Amy is hands down the best massage/myofascial therapist I have been to. She is extremely professional and attentive to your needs. She truly treats your body as a forever changing system and each week will ask and focus on specific target areas. She has helped my chronic back, neck and tension headaches tremendously! I highly recommend myofascial release!!!!

when i met Amy i had a problem with my right SI joint for 10 years, i was in constant pain, i went to chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturers, etc... name it i did it and the pain always returns. when she worked on me by the 4th cession the pain was completely gone and now it has been 2 years and the pain never came back. i'm still seeing Amy for periodic maintainance, and i tell everyone about her. she really changed the quality of my life. thank you Amy and may god bless your hands. Amy puts her heart and soul into helping others, and that is clear with the way she helped me.

For over 10 years, I had chronic pain in my muscles and joints. I was very active and athletic most of my life and pushed myself physically. I also had a long history of childhood physical and sexual abuse. Athletics and physical activity was how I managed all of my emotions and my attempt to have control over my life. Eventually, my body started to break down and everything hurt, even trying to sleep. I went through many doctors, physical therapists, massage therapy and even medication. I also started "talk" therapy. Over years, very little improved; physically, almost no improvement. I started researching and reading about how childhood trauma impacts the body and ultimately, started working with Amy. My body started to improve after several sessions and has continued to get better, with decreased pain, over the past 6 months. Though it has been difficult to acknowledge how affected I've been by my history of trauma, I have found a new hope in working with Amy. She's intuitive and highly skilled in her work, and I have experienced more healing and change with her than with any other treatment or therapy. The bodywork has helped make 'talk' therapy more helpful, more honest, and more forward-moving. Trauma often causes our minds and bodies to become disconnected from each other, leading to a host of other issues. Working with Amy has helped me "integrate";reconnecting my thoughts and feelings, decreasing physical pain and creating space for healing.

I really love going to Amy. She really has a different approach. Instead of just treating the symptom she looks at what is causing the problem. Amy also turned me onto Essential Oils. I've been using them and I've been noticing some real improvements.

I've been visiting Amy for therapy for the past few months and I really appreciate the work she's done on me! I've had issues with my neck and back for years but the myofascial therapy has definitely given me some relief. Amy is very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing; I definitely recommend her.

I have had years (and years and years) of all different kinds of body work and Amy's work is FAR and above everything I've ever experienced. She's basically MAGIC.

Amy was recommended to me by the receptionist at my chiropractor's office. I saw Amy after I was in car accident and had very limited motion and was experiencing constant pain in one of my shoulders and along one side of my neck. I had pain radiating down my shoulder/bicep and had tingling in my fingers. In the past, and prior to seeing Amy, I have relied solely upon chiropractic for neck/back/shoulder tension, pain and injuries. I believe the two should work hand-in-hand. After seeing Amy once, I felt relief. Amy radiates a very unique and positive healing energy and I felt comfortable with her instantly. I highly recommend seeing Amy for any type of body pain, desire for body alignment or body detoxification. She is highly skilled at what she does (and I've seen a lot of people!) and I look forward to further pain relief under her gentle and effective care.

I highly recommend Amy!!! She is very knowledgeable about the body and myofascial! I have suffered with neck and back pain for years and have been to her countless times always leaving feeling better!!! She also gives you things to do at home to maintain the work she does on the table which I find OUTSTANDING!! My FAVORITE THING is this is an all-natural way to feel better without the use of painkillers!!!

Donna

I highly recommend Amy's body therapy for a number of conditions including the myofascial release and massage services. Amy has helped relieve tightness in my body from constant sitting and computer use for work, even though I work out and do yoga. She's always seems to know what I need that day. Plus it is a great way to pamper yourself!

Rick Appleton

After three months of PT for a back injury on my spine (L3/L4 tear, L4/L5 herniation, with sciatic nerve compression), my right hip was still out of alignment causing continued pain and discomfort. One session of myofascial with Amy and I saw significant improvement. I felt the best I had in months and got a great night sleep. I have booked more sessions, as highly recommend Amy and will certainly be a regular client!

I can't rave about Amy enough! Not only do I always feel relaxed and happy when I leave, but the work she has done has been long term releases for permanent fixes. My posture hasn't looked so good since I first sat at a desk in grade school! Not only do I recommend her to everyone I know for a list of issues, but I'll continue to go for my mind, body, and soul <3

Marianne Cox

I've been seeing Amy for months now and I can't tell you what an improvement there is in my shoulder and neck discomfort. I've been receiving massage work for over 20 years and she is the best!!! Amy has a very individualized treatment plan for her clients and evaluates your needs with each session. She has a wealth of knowledge and techniques. I would highly recommend her!!! Plus, she has a great sense of humor!!!
