I wrapped up my first semester of law school exams and decided to treat myself to a massage. However, I was disappointed by this experience. I think it is pretty standard (and necessary) for a masseuse to ask if you would like more or less pressure. My masseuse did not ask me this. When I voiced that I would like more pressure, she gave me a weird response "I don't want it to be too much pressure, or you won't be able to relax." Overall, my massage did not serve much purpose. I'm also pretty sure I paid for 75 minutes and only received a 60 minute massage. I wanted to love this place, but I can't say that I did.

I've seen two different providers at Massage Associates now--Kevin and Tammy--and now I don't know why I would ever go anywhere else! The providers are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, the environment is cozy, and the small touches like the table warmers and heating pads are fantastic. Both of the massages I received were amazing in completely different ways, so now I'm torn about whether to get massages from the rest of the staff, or keep going back to Tammy or Kevin forever! I'm sure of one thing, though: whoever you go to at Massage Associates, you're in great hands.

Very professional and amazing! I have had chronic neck and shoulder muscle issues for a long time and have been to massage envy, chiropractors, and archipuncture offices and left them unsatisfied. This time, Kevin helped me released my tensed muscles and took time to find out the pain spots. I feel much better and hope I can visit Massage Associates once a week. Amazing!

The staff are very friendly and attentive; always sure to inquire about me, how I'm doing, what areas need attention, etc. In addition, the atmosphere is wonderful; very soothing and relaxing. The thing I appreciate the most, though, is that they don't use the "used cars sales" approach to booking for another appointment. I always leave feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next appointment versus feeling hassled into a membership or overbooking future appointments. Allin all, I feel like my health is put first as opposed to me being just a customer.

The staff is friendly; the atmosphere is very comfortable; and every appointment has been a great experience. I’ve just moved a house-full of furniture; so today’s massage was especially needed to help some aching muscles. I’ve been working with Tammy, and she has a knack for knowing how to reduce stiffness and tension. She is excellent! She has performed Swedish and deep-tissue massage; and I’ve always walked out feeling 100X better than I did when I walked in. I highly recommend Massage Associates and rate it 5 stars!

If I could give more stars I would! I have been going to Tammy for a couple of months now and feel like a new person! She is very knowledgeable and incredibly skilled. We started with deep tissue and have switched to myofascial release based on her assessment and my input. Both have made a huge difference for me. The atomoshphere of the place is very relaxing and the warm "bed" is especially comforting now that it's getting cold outside. I would highly recommend Massage Associates!

Kevin is the best therapist I have ever had! This guy is such a good listener, I go in he takes time to understand my concerns then gets to work. I always get deep tissue massages and i don't think anyone would do it better than Kevin. I come in very sore and achy in my back and lower extremities, by the time i leave I am as relaxed as a baby. Received an outstanding sports massage plus assisted stretching from Joselyne. I'm very active but had been out of the gym for about three months due to a knee injury and subsequent surgery. I was well enough to begin workouts (CrossFit) again and my body was very sore after my first few sessions back in the gym. The deep, trigger point massage from Joselyne really loosened me up and resolved much of the muscle soreness. She also gave me some excellent advice on home treatment to keep the soreness under control. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Reeshedha took her time to ask me where my pain was, and if I had any other issues. Tammy is a lifesaver. Not only did she listen well, but for the whole duration of the massage she also made it sure that the pressure was ok and that I was comfortable. Got a Swedish massage the first time I went here, although I kind of wanted a Deep tissue one, but had never had it and wasn’t sure if I could take it. Tammy tailored the session exactly to my needs and helped relieve a lot of pain. The heat packs on my feet and stomach were a nice touch as well, since my feet are always cold. The space they have seems a bit small, but is clean and has a cozy atmosphere overall. Will definitely be back.

Trust me people, this massage is utter waste of your time and money! Since last two days I am suffering with neck cramp/ muscle pull and hence went to massage associates this morning thinking the massage will give some relief from pain, I gave all the details to Mr. Kevin Case regarding the cramp and the pain I am going through, he calmly made some notes and started the message which was ineffective, at the end of half an hour of massage there was no change in my condition! When I informed him about it, he calmly said “Everyone are different”.. I just stepped out in disappointment with a question : if everyone are different then why is their messaging technique is same for all!!!

I LOVE this place! Over the years I've gone to a few different massage places both in and out of the area. Massage associates FAR exceeds any of my other experiences. I've had 2 massages there now, one with Tammy and one with Rasheedah. After my massage with Tammy (signature stress relief) I felt absolutely nothing...in a GREAT way. I've left massages before feeling beat up, and Tammy was AMAZING with getting out every single knot in my neck and upper body. Like I said, I was left feeling nothing. No more pain, no more twinges, just back to neutral. Rasheedah was an wonderful therapist too! I again signed up for the stress relief massage, but several minutes in, she had noticed all of the things my body needed and went off plan and did some deep tissue and some areas that my body was desperate for that is not normally part of the stress relief program. I will be returning for sure!

I visited Massage Associates for the first time yesterday and I still feel GREAT today - more relaxed, less stressed, I had no idea I could feel this amazing. Cyndi took the time to sit down with me to go over my lifestyle and what I would like to achieve from my time with her. I had a 60 minute full body massage plus 30 minute cranial massage. I'd never experienced cranial massage before and it was by far the most relaxing thing I've experienced. I liked that Cyndi knew what to do and didn't talk to me throughout the massage. Very gifted.

This is my second review for Massage Associates and Kevin Case. My daughter suffered 3 concussions within a year and is still dealing with daily headaches, nausea, neck and back pain almost 6 months after her last concussion. She has seen several doctors and tried multiple medications, supplements, and therapies. I found Massage Associates and Kevin Case when I was doing a google search for cranial sacral therapists, and I am so glad that I did! No matter how bad my daughter feels before she sees Kevin, she leaves Massage Associates with a smile. He helps her physically and emotionally when no one and nothing else can. If I could take her to see him every day, I would! He is amazing!

I love this place! I had been talking about getting a massage for months and finally did it. The environment is cozy and not overwhelming like some of those larger spa-type places. Don't get me wrong I love a good spa day but this is a practical way to get a massage that you can fit into your schedule without booking an entire "spa day" - perfect for busy people. Tammy took time to talk to me about what I was looking to get out of the massage. She let me know that my comfort was her priority and made me feel at home. She said I could relax and not talk during the treatment if I wanted to, but to let her know if I wanted her to change something she was doing. She was so nice and personable we ended up chatting a little anyway. She also checked on me periodically to make sure I was not experiencing any discomfort, which was nice. The treatment room was clean, cute and comfortable. Pleasant experience overall. I was nervous before I went because I did not know if I would like it or not but I will definitely be going back on the regular. I got the 45 minute stress relief massage but I would say just go for the full hour. I am eager to come back and maybe try out some other services, too. I felt not only physically better but mentally better the day after my massage. I could think clearer and felt less tension. It is not an internet myth, massage really can help you! I scheduled a 30-minute massage for my sister-in-law Grace for Wed January 11 and planned to schedule massages once a week on Wednesdays if she liked that one. Grace LOVED the center, the massage, and the masseuse! Since she was also clearly benefiting from the massage, I added a variety of 45-minute massages for Wednesdays and Saturdays to her schedule. Grace has raved about each type of massage and each therapist! She said the massages make her legs "feel light", like she is "floating or flying"! In in just a couple of weeks, Grace went from walking with a walker with difficulty to walking FAST with just a cane! The massages are giving her new hope and are giving Grace her life back! I luckily found Massage Associates at a time when I was having pain in my back, arm and leg on one side. After starting PT I was sore all over! Tammy had a Saturday appointment, and did an amazing job of loosing all the sore areas and allowing me to get back to my exercise routine. It was exactly what I needed. Tammy knew exactly which areas to work on the most, and also made it a very relaxing experience. I have had many massages in the past, and this was one of the best. She always asks me how I am with an eye to which areas to target and today I told her I'd been diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my neck and was experiencing neck and shoulder pain as a result. She immediately applied very soothing heat and then went to work. Now, several hours later, my pain level has dramatically decreased and my range of motion is much, much better. My internist had told me that massage might help me and boy was he right! Not only is Sandi extremely knowledgeable and expert at what she does, she is also kind and compassionate and just being in her capable and calming presence relaxes me. The environment is also a part of the calming experience: immaculate, quiet, soothing. My only regret is that I can't just live there.

She really worked on all the areas that were bothering me and some that I didn’t know were tender. I added salt stones to the treatment and it was wonderful. I love this place, who in turned stole me from another favorite due to better travel distance. When I found this place online due to the ratings, I began in Jan, and whined up going once per month. In fact, once I'm done here, I'm checking their online schedule for a Sunday opening. Nice and quiet, no interfering sounds from other rooms. Just love it. So far, I have tried two masseuse, in the absence of my favorite, Cindi, but quickly returned to her, as I am pleased with her level of detail, concern and comfort I was looking for. Though, I intend to try one other masseuse at least once, due to the ratings, I will quickly return to her. Love you Cindi!

A favorite place. Lots of massage options and a nice staff. Outstanding work. I've not been seen by everyone here, but all I have met gave great massages multiple times. The online appointment option is great. I've found that calling helps get times not online. Not usually a problem. Several times they've had promotional give aways for massages and discounts. It's a nice place staffed almost entirely by women with many backgrounds and certifications.
