The massage was good. I did get home feeling extremely itchy though. The masseuse and receptionist were friendly. When I calculated the actual time we started/ended, we were actually shorted 15 minutes. Would recommend, but make sure you're not shorted massage time and you see what lotion is being used on your skin.

Used a groupon for my first visit there and it was a very enjoyable experience. Constance is very good at what she does and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be back. The only reason I deducted one star was that from the massage room, you could hear noise from the other rooms or when people were walking/talking in the hallway. It's a minor nitpick, but it took me a bit out of the relaxing experience.

I scheduled an appointment with the only therapist that has ever listened to what I needed and done a decent job of meeting those needs. As an aside, I t’s funny how they always ask what brings me in at the beginning of every session, but never really do anything with that information. Back to the main issue, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to see a different therapist come out to get me. When I asked the front desk why they had switched without telling me, they didn’t know. I understand that things happen and therapist can become unavailable. But they need to call clients and ask if they want to switch to another. They can’t just assume that’s Ok. There is a reason why I picked the other therapist.

The membership plan is a great way to go because you get a discounted rate and you always know you will have at least one massage a month. Kenneth is an excellent massage therapist. I used to have severe back pain from shoveling snow in February 2014, and had to take prescription medication prn. After I started getting monthly therapeutic massages, it has decreased to rare back discomfort which is manageable without medication. I exercise regularly, and sometimes have sore muscles which are helped by the massages. Kenneth addresses whatever concerns you have, and asks if they have been satisfied before he moves on. Front desk staff and owners are friendly.

I had a major life change in a good way but, my body couldn't get it so, it was really tight in my shoulders and neck. Like cinderblocks. I called and got set up with, Samantha for a two hour massage. This was the best massage ove ever had! She made my tight shoulders, neck and head just melt away. We had a light, very pleasant conversation and she is a wonderful human! I highly recommend calling and talking to someone about your needs. They hook you up with a massage therapist who matches your needs. Best place ever!

Thieves! Robbers!! Run away!!! They wouldn't stop charging my card, when I told them verbally I wanted to withdraw from their monthly massage program. Even weeks later, when I sent them written confirmation, which they acknowledged, they continued charging me. According to the fine print I owed them 30 days notice. 30 days notice? To let them know I won't be scheduling a massage? they also refused to refund my card

A wonderful first visit! The front area is clean and well maintained; they also have a calming atmosphere immediately upon walking in. The staff have been very courteous and positive, which makes all the difference! The therapists offer different massage modalities , so whatever issue you may have, you can bet there is a massage therapist that can be of assistance to you!. The pricing is very appropriate for the industry as well, worth every penny. I plan on making Elements my primary go-to for any massage I may need to keep myself balanced.

This was my third visit and unfortunately it was the worst. I was greeted when I entered and this was the highlight of the visit. The therapist, Kenn, asked what level of pressure I wanted and despite being told, he continued to ask numerous times throughout the session. I felt that this was unnecessary and actually made it quite difficult for me to relax. Even when I nodded my head to indicate that the level of pressure was to my liking, he asked for a verbal reply. There was also one time during the session I did feel uncomfortable. At check out, the lady who assisted me was quite pleasant but had quite a difficult time crediting my account with the gift card that I received. She asked me several times if I had already used the gift even though I told her that this was not the case. Following the session, I noticed that I received a phone call from the front desk informing me that I did not show up for the session and asking if I wanted to reschedule and informing me that I would be charged a $25 cancellation fee, even though I was there! There was a time that I considered purchasing a package for a regular massage here but will not be returning. It was just not a pleasant experience.

I needed a massage today so i called Elements and got right in. Staff were very friendly. The place was very clean and relaxing. Inez was my therapist and she was great. I love how this place gives out full bottles of water after your session. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because i was not offered an aromatherapy or Hot stones. I didn't even know these were available until i saw a sign on the way out. I would have gotten both.

I had the himalayan salt massage stones with Denise . I went in there with pain on a scale of 8/10. From the start of the massage Denise asked me about my everyday life and work . From there she was able to identify all my problem spots . I felt so bad that I only booked 60mins because we found my whole body was KNOTS and she had so much to do lol However she focused on my problem areas, talked to me during the right times to make sure I was comfortable. Afterwards she sat with me to tell me how to improve my everyday office life . Different stretches to do at my desk and even how I should be looking at my two monitors on my screens on my desk . I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone !

Denise was a godsend for my chronic shoulder pain. I saw a physical therapist for 3 months for a strained Levator Scapulae, received regular dry needling, visited a chiropractor, and abstained from all physical activity for a month (I'm a chronic gym go-er and strength train 3-4x/week normally) and was still suffering from recurring pain. I decided to try trigger point/sports massage with her and she was very gentle and communicative and she gave me homework for after our appointment. Our first session got right to the heart of the issue and I now have more sensation and confidence in my shoulder than I have had in MONTHS, and the pain has severely lessened to the point I forget about it from time to time. I will definitely continue to see her and the team at Elements Massage, I'm so thankful I came in.

I am working my way through the staff of therapists and I haven't reviewed them all yet so I will review them now. KENNETH: Best male deep tissue/sports massage. He asks a lot about pressure because he is aware how strong he is and doesn't want to hurt anyone. I have learned if you ask for what you want you will get it, I told him his pressure was comfortable and I would let HIM know if that should change. He listened and just made conversation instead of checking in. If I need deep tissue he is my man. MICHAEL: what a treat. He is very different as he is very flowy and does longer strokes as part of his myofascial release. Not very deep but very good and although his jaw work was uncomfortable it felt excellent the next day. I felt massaged, stretched, nurtured and I had relief which lasted. JOHN: I came to John when I had a ligament tear in my back and was very uncomfortable. He did some myofascial release across my lower back (focused just on my lower back for 90 minutes). It was the first time I felt some comfort back there in days. I had been miserable and I really needed help. John really showed interest in making headway and getting me relief. I have since been back to him a few more times. All of these guys like to give tips, teach you how to stretch, and are so professional and enjoy helping you. After talking to some of their regular members in the waiting area upfront, you really can't go wrong with any of the therapists. All of them are good it just depends on what level pressure you want and what type of massage experience you are looking for. I've been told to try Constance for energy work which I did want to try. Great place. Friendly staff too.

I had called to make an appointment for my boyfriends birthday today and was not told over the phone at any time that there would be a cancellation fee. I then called back over an hour before my appointment to let her know that he can not make it and she told me that there is a $15 cancellation fee and proceeded to tell me that its "normally" $25 after she never told me that over the phone and we spoke 3 times because there was a time change with my appointment. She then told me that i could have seen that there was a cancellation fee from the website..... when i had booked my appointment over the phone. Just lost 2 customers who get massages all the time over $15.
