I have worked at high end spas and visited many others, but never have I had as amazing of an experience than I did at Elements of Crofton. The entire staff is just absolutely perfect at what they do, professional, and respectful. Sarah provided the best massage, hands down, that I’ve ever had. She worked to get out some really intense knots in my upper back and shoulder areas; then at the end was able to make some recommendations so the tension stays away.The finishing touch on this experience was the follow up call the day after to see how I was feeling and remind me to drink lots of water. I can’t wait to go back!

The staff is always so warm and friendly, from the time you arrive until the time you leave. The overall environment is so quiet and peaceful, too. The massage therapists take notes on issues you've been having and help alleviate those issues. I like that they keep a record so they can track what treatments are working.

Elements Massage of Crofton has been awesome. I was apprehensive at first after reading so many nightmare stories about membership based massage companies. However, I have never received a hard sell on membership. This is ideal, I know they have it and if and when I'm ready then I will enquire about the specifics. I have seen multiple therapists at this location, each with their own style. If you don't like one particular therapist's style after discussing your needs, there are other therapists you can try. The facility is clean, quiet and comfortable. They use warming tables for your comfort, dim lighting, pleasant ambient sound track and a gentle voice, though they are happy to accommodate your needs on all of these aspects.

The front desk staff and friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful. I received my massage from Jess who was incredible! I suffer from chronic upper back pain and the deep tissue massage was fantastic. She was also very easy to work with and be around for an hour and a half. They have a wellness program you can join and the price is too right on that to pass up. My body in old age will surely thank Element Massage in Crofton for keeping everything in order and fixing my issues. edited: Jess left unfortunately but now I see Sasha and she does great work and is wonderful company.

I've been going here for several years now. If you're looking for a complete spa experience then it is not for you. There are no robes and no common room, showers.... If you're looking for a good quality massage however this is your place!! The masseuses are very professional and do an excellent job. I'd love to tell you my favorites but I'm afraid I wouldn't get appointments with them anymore because they'd be booked based on my review!!

Scheduling online is easy. I always receive a kind reminder call in the days prior to my massage. Reception staff is always kind and friendly. Waiting area is very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Massage rooms are quiet and comfortable with soothing, relaxing music. The lighting is adjustable for relaxation. I have always had wonderful massages at the Elements in Crofton and will continue to come back.

'm 32 weeks pregnant and had to put my dog of 15 years down and I woke up the next morning with a full blown panic attack, I was shaking, felt like I couldn't breathe, the works.. My mom called elements to see if they could squeeze me in and they did. My body was so tense I couldn't relax but as soon as I got in that room and was getting worked on I passed out. I felt 10x better, it was definitely what I needed to feel like myself . Then the next day they called to check on me to see how I was doing which I thought was so super sweet. Elements is the best, and thank you so much!

I recently enjoyed a most incredible massage at Elements given by a highly skilled therapist by the name of Cheryl. I develop numerous knots in my back and shoulders and Cheryl was able to work them out slowly without the normal accompanying pain and discomfort. Elements has a number of skilled personnel on staff who are capable of performing deep tissue massage at the customer's request. The heated massage beds are a real plus. The ambience was quiet and peaceful and allowed me to fall into a restful state during the massage that left me feeling calm and refreshed afterward. I highly recommend Elements if you are looking for a consistently above par therapeutic massage.

I had a 1 hour massage with Jake. I chose him based on his profile that specifically mention sports massage. I lift 6 days a week and had just completed a tough mudder. I was hurting. He got ALL my knots out. I have had deep tissue massages before but the knots were always still there. I felt incredible at the end. I WILL be going back. You get $30 off your first massage and they have a great membership rate. I have never considered getting a membership until this one.
