I was truly surprised at the remarkable outcome resulting from Connie's therapeutic massage. I had struggled with shoulder pain for over a year. I had physical therapy that helped; however, without sustained exercise and with certain activities the shoulder pain continued. The massage left me relaxed; but, more importantly, it left me pain free. What I thought was a luxury, has been re-evaluated by me as a necessity to maintain great health.

I recently had my second appointment with Connie, and she is just excellent. I drive from Anne Arundel to see her because she is trained in the Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy, and it is well worth it. After two sessions and some at home massage techniques that she showed me, I'm already noticing a difference, and there was a huge improvement during my last cycle after just one session. From our first meeting it was clear that Connie is knowledgeable about holistic health and wellness, and very skilled. Not only was the massage helpful, but she was also helpful in giving me at home techniques and other self-care options to supplement. I would recommend her to everyone!

You know a really good massage therapist is hard to find - you need someone with technical skills, healing grace and loving supportive energy. Connie has all this and more. She provides a sacred space to feel safe and relax, like a cocoon, and you emerge fresh and renewed :)... I have been a client for few months now, and I don't know what I would do without her healing hands! She is very intuitive and helps you heal on the physical and energetic levels. I honestly recommend her. Connie is very knowledgeable and very professional. She always starts with questions regarding my health and if I have any new problems. Does an excellent job attending to my needs. Her massage is the best massage I have ever had. I drive for an hour and half during my appointment period to see her, and there has never been a time that I regretted driving up there to see her. The massage was tailored exactly to my needs. Every effort was taken to ensure my comfort, and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the massage. I have been going to Connie for a few months now for my neck strain from a sports injury. She has helped me greatly in releasing the tension in my neck and upper back. Connie attentively listens to updates on how my neck is feeling and provides useful, novel insight on how to approach the issues. Connie is excellent at what she does—I took couple of sessions of Maya Massage while we were trying to get pregnant. At the time I had scar tissue from previous surgery and was causing some blockages and hindering my conception. I used to drive over an hour just to see her-Just because she is very good and always make me feel relaxed and excellent after each session. Recently we found out I was pregnant and I’m sooo grateful to Connie for her hard work and beautiful touch.
