Horribly awful experience. They were rude on the phone, and cancelled my appointment and after which told my boyfriend after waiting 30 min for a massage that he was not welcome there. Will never even contemplate booking here again. Not even one star worthy.

This is my go-to spot for nail care and when I decide to book another spa service I'm sure to go here, as well. They use high-quality materials/products that are as close to organic and natural as possible. The atmosphere and decor are luxurious and serene. And all of the technicians and staff are friendly, attentive, and engaging. Plus I love the tea!

The front desk staff were super helpful and very informed. Then I went in for my wax, done by Jen. She was kind, open and it was the least painful wax job I have had thus far in my limited waxing time. I will absolutely be going back.

Given the reputation of Nine Stones, I was expecting a relaxing, quiet break from the holiday rush . Unfortunately for me the client and the aesthetician who were sitting four inches from me in the next chair over knew each other and spent the next one hour and 15 minutes cackling, making fun of people ,gossiping and talking in tones so loud I could not hear myself think. I actually had to ask my pedicure person to speak up because I could not hear her over the din of the two next to me. I couldn’t decide if it was the aesthetician or the client who were worse. I’ve never had the experience before where I actually wanted to get out of the chair and leave I was so offended.There was no respect, no quiet, no relaxation to be had. There was no aknowledgemeant that I was sitting there and that perhaps I didn’t want to hear their petty conversations. The spa purports it self to be a haven of relaxation and with the prices they charge you would think that would be inherent in the atmosphere. Not so.The pedicure itself was fine although the massage was lame. I will never go back here again.

I had been in communication with Kim from the spa for several weeks after I was recommended by a couple of friends to go there for a Bachelorette party, unfortunately the communication was sub-par and she at one point took almost a week to respond to my email and only did so AFTER I called and let someone know I was waiting for a response. My party appointment hadn't actually been booked yet but that's the response I was waiting on and instead was told that they would be closing the spa for the day for maintenance on the day we had been in communication about. I understand my appointment wasn't in stone however, she then told me that it worked out because now they didn't have to cancel my booking anyways. So basically even if I had been booked they would have cancelled it and let me high and dry. Not impressed and would not recommend, sadly. Instead we will be going to the Regency Spa at the Regency Hotel in Portland.

Wow, this place is really incredible. The professionalism, ambience, facilities go way beyond what I thought it would be. I scheduled a massage thinking that it would be just run-of-the-mill. I got there a few minutes before my scheduled massage and was directed to the men's dressing room. In the dressing room they had a sauna, a full bathroom, showers excetera. I took a shower before the massage and changed into a very comfortable and plush bathrobe with sandals. After that, I went to the waiting room where they had tea, coffee or water and other refreshments. I didn't have to wait too long before my massage therapist came out and asked me if I was ready. She directed me back to a room that was very comfortable. It had the massage table, soft lighting, aromatics, Etc. I was directed to choose the oils that I wanted to use and the scents that I wanted to have in the room. The massage itself was terrific. After the massage I was directed back to the changing room and was told that I could hang out and enjoy the facilities at my leisure. I tried to sit in the sauna, however, it didn't ever heat up. I brought this to Management's attention and they said they would look at it. The one issue that I did have was trying to find parking. I eventually found street parking that was free and there is paid parking right behind the spa. There is a lot of construction going on in that area and so there were fences put up and the traffic was directed in and around that construction. This was a very expensive treat for me. I was blown away with the facilities and the professionalism of the people there. I would definitely go back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a massage or any type of spa services. If you found this review helpful please hit the 'like' button. Thank you.

This was an awesome spa, the service was great, Caitlin made even better. I was my first time getting a facial and it was amazing and she guided me through the entire process and also recommended products that would be great for my skin type. She also answered any additional questions I had. I also had a massage that was just okay, especially following the facial. The staff were welcoming! Will be back and definitely recommend Caitlin!

Relaxing and rejuvenating! Spa packages are generous and deluxe. This is a luxurious treat for every day to special occasion.The only drawback is limited parking. The new location is right next to ample parking in a garage if you don't mind paying hourly.
