Absolutely loved the deep tissue massage I had with Chrystina. Knowledgeable and experienced, Chrystina took the time to understand my needs and balanced both relaxation with much needed tension release in my body. Chrystina gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you like a lot of pressure, she’s your person. She is very strong, dexterous, and super knowledgeable. She found new creative ways to get at muscles I didn’t even realize were attached to my problem areas. I recently threw out my back. When I came to see her, I was having trouble walking and sitting. When I left her studio, I could walk with ease again. It was even better the next day once I slept on it. Highly recommend!
