Dr. Littlefield is very strong and thorough. I love the roller table with heat mini massages I get in addition to the chiropractic adjustment. She is holistic in that she understands and treats the relationship between soft tissue and your bone structure. I walk out of there feeling amazing. She is capable, energetic, intelligent and kind. I get good educational information, and her location is very convenient. I have definitely been to practices I would not return to. Back On Track in South Portland is a keeper!

Andrea worked miracles. * I feel I should expand on this. I had spinal surgery a year ago and have remained in pain since. I was basically told I would eventually need more surgery; then I saw Andrea. She was the first person in over a year to actually listen to me. She knew what I was feeling without having to tell her and she gave me ways to start getting my body back. It's not going to be easy but it's the first time I've felt hope of getting better and that I have some control in the process. That was my miracle.

I just attempted to make an appointment with Back on Track. Deb not only was short and curt with me, but unwilling to do a pre authorization for my insurance so that I may begin my journey to feeling better. We have always gone to Sage Wellness for our medically necessary massages with no issues from the insurance or billing piece. She simply was not willing to help or give me any type of decent customer service.
