Hands of Essence is Hands Down A M A Z I N G! I literally had a spontaneous thought that I should do something special for my boyfriend as a late Valentine's day gift. I thought to myself nothing can compare to a Couple's Massage! I had called a few places to try to book an appointment, but due to my last minute booking most places were filled ): Thank the Lord for Ms. Renata for returning my call. She is such a life saver, and she made miracles happened <3! So, when it was cutting close to my appointment time... i decided to blind-folded my boyfriend. I thought it was easier to just click the "Directions" button on google, but it took me to an entirely different area. I really could not find the place for the life of me and got lost *nervous laugh*. I'm assuming that it was their previous location, but anyways don't be a lazy person like me and just click the "Directions" button on google. Copy their address that states on google and punch it in to google maps. I also called in telling them that I was running late since I got lost. The staff was so kind to still keep my appointment, and they assured me that the directions will be fixed! Finally, my boyfriend and I have made it to our destination. Hands of Essence is in the corner next to Jackpots Cafe.. it turned out that they relocated to this place for about 3 months which explains the confusion on google lol. When I directed my blind-folded boyfriend and opened their door, a wonderful scent attacked our noses. I really enjoyed the atmosphere with old school R&B, and it was very sanitary. My boyfriend had it in his mind the whole time that we were going to a dance studio xD. When I unfolded the tie from his eyes he was in complete awe! The staffs were really welcoming and outgoing!! They also offer red/white wine while their customers are filling out paperwork. Doesn't this place sound amazing already?!?! I haven't even gotten to the massage part yet! One of the staff was very informative of what the massages consist of. I chose the Kings and Queens massages, and it was interesting. Ladies, if you plan to bring your man to this place you HAVE to be okay with a woman massaging your man and in vise versa. I felt like it was an illusion of imagining your significant other massaging you.. it was a really nice set up as well very exotic. My boyfriend and I both agreed that the hot towel was a phenomenonal touch to clean the massage oil off. After the massages, i felt like a hard noodle boiled to soft lol. Yes, they were just that amazing! I'm telling you all to give Hands of Essence a try. You won't be disappointed :D! Like I said, Hands of Essence is Hands Down A M A Z I N G! P.s. their bathroom is also amazing. Their toilet has LED lights, and now my boyfriend wants to do the same to his toilet lol.

As first-timers for the couples massage, my husband and I were beyond satisfied. We received the deep tissue massage...Renata did my husband and Terrell did mine. Finding the location was a little tricky, since our GPS got us stuck in the library's parking lot. Don't go that way if your GPS tells you! Just look for the Napoleon Room, and the sigh for Hands of Essence is in the corner downstairs. Renata and Terrell answered all our questions that we did and didn't know to ask. They made us feel like comfortable and focused on the areas we pointed out to even. We can't wait to go back!

NOTHING short of AMAZING! Friendly, clean, polite, attentive & professional..... just to name a few thoughts that come to mind! In town for a mini vacay, and found ourselves in search of a massage...... called & were able to get appts for the same day! For the first time in life getting a massage Today me and my boyfriend went to hands of essence for a Valentine's treat.. And that's exactly what we got a wonderful treat thanks to Renata and Terrell. They are so good at what they do with their hands of magical!! We both was highly satisfied the music was nice atmosphere was so calming!! I fell asleep during the massage that's how relaxed I was laying up there with those hands of magic . All the areas my boyfriend wanted her to focus on she didn't miss one spot ! I had the most amazing Pre-Natal massage with Renata! She has wonderful energy and a fantastic understanding of the overall body, especially a pregnant one! Added bonus: She even honed in on my basic trouble zone, with out my mentioning it, since I was more focused on my pregnancy related issues. This is my first pregnancy, but I have had 2 prior Pre-Natal massages elsewhere that in no way compare to the relaxation, comfort and overall wellness I experienced with Renata. Plus their pricing is completely reasonable. I appreciate her healing hands and look forward to seeing her again soon!

The BEST massage you will EVER have! Some people view massage as a treat. Others see it as a way to relieve pain. For me, it is a necessity to keep me walking! Hands down the best massage I have ever had (and I've used quite a few)! She can do anything from Swedish to deep tissue to sports/therapy massages and she not only is amazing at it, she loves her job and it truly makes her happy to see people walk out feeling better than when they walked in!
