Visiting the Hammond area, I suffer from severe trigger points in my upper back and regularly see a theraputic massage therapist at home. My shoulders and neck were bothering me. I found Concierge Massage Therapy on Google. Glad I did. William listened to me, did a quick evaluation and provided a therapy session very much needed. He is a great therapist. I've already scheduled a follow-up session & plan to schedule appointments with him when ever I am in the area.

If you are looking for a therapeutic massage and not a spa type of massage this is the place to go to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that educates you on your body while listening to your needs during the interview process before heading into the massage. They also do Cupping Therapy!

I had a massage by William Passman at Concierge Massage Therapy on July 31, 2017. It was a amazing and relaxing. I had it 3 days before I had surgery and I had absolutely no pain after surgery. I would recommend have a massage by William days before any surgery.

No real recent reviews, but I needed a massage for sciatic issue and didn't spend time looking into this place. Big mistake. I booked an appointment online and showed up at the address given online, on their phone greeting, etc. Door locked, name scraped off the door and nothing inside. After returning home and researching the owner William Passman, I found his licensed was suspended by the LA Board of Massage Therapists and the alleged reason (per Healthgrades) is: "Unprofessional Conduct", WILLIAM E. PASSMAN License: LA8187 Status: SUSPENDED Effective: May 25, 2018 - Aug 22, 2018 Licensed Since: Oct 22, 2015 CONCIERGE MASSAGE THERAPY LLC 1402 S MAGNOLIA ST SUITE D HAMMOND, LA 70403 So as I'm doing my research I get a call from a guy named "Ray" from Concierge Massage saying he was so sorry I booked online and he could reschedule. What??? You have no location...so I ask him where they are now located and he says they are now MOBILE AND COME TO YOUR HOUSE. Um, NO. I told him I just found out that the owner had been suspended by the Board and I didn't not care to do any kind of business with them. IF you choose to use their services...be careful - read all the reviews (not just the almost too good to be true ones) and know that they are coming to your home. I don't allow strangers (especially men) into my home and wish it said that on their booking site. Very misleading for a place owned by someone whose license is currently suspended as of 8/8/18. I wish someone else who this had happened to recently had taken a moment to let the public know they are not in a professional setting and the owner was suspended.

William is very professional and patient oriented. He takes time to discuss your medical history and any problem areas that are of concern. He uses various techniques to work on specific problems and is very good at finding problem areas associated with pain that you aren't able to pinpoint. He will also work on a plan of action for follow up appointments to help you overcome whatever issues that he can help alleviate. I highly recommend using William, his skills and knowledge have definitely been a benefit to me.
