I can't say I was very relaxed or comfortable during my massage. I'm not happy with my experience nor the amount I paid for it. My therapist left the room at one point and was gone for at least 5 minutes having me concerned. She didn't seem attentive during the massage just resting her hands on my neck and shoulder portion. Not as if to hold pressure but just laying it there. At the end I didn't even feel massaged I just felt like she rubbed lotion on me. And in a hurry because she had to zoom through the rest of my massage after returning. Overall not happy here with massage or price.

I’ve been coming to Elements in Middletown for several years now, and won’t go anywhere else! The massage rooms are clean and comfortable, and the customer service is UNPARALLELED. Donna at the front desk is fabulous to work with. They have a great money saving membership deal, also. Chris is an amazing masseuse and has the knowledge and skill to take care of any problem areas, as well as show me different things to manage pain/stretch between massages. Happy I found this place!

Clean environment, friendly, attention to detail. Makes client feel comfortable and listens to purpose of massage (in my case, to relieve lower back pain). Most people think of massage as a luxury and don't think twice about spending money eating out. I would much rather put the money that is going to have therapeutic benefits and provides relief than to put money into feeding my gut. : ) Money will spent!

I went to Elements massage in need of therapy for my back pain. I have been to other Element massage centers before and have always had great experiences until visiting the Middletown location in Louisville. My massage therapist was very unexperienced and did not listen to my needs. My whole experience was very negative and I left in more back pain. I have left messages for the owners but get no response. This location is terrible- be aware of bad therapists and owners who do not care!

This place is great, my wife has fibro and they have a young lady there that deals with fibro patients. I'm not lying when my wife said she was pain free for over a month after going there. It was truly wonderful. This made me so happy that she felt pain free which we don't get those days often. Once I get the money up I will be bringing her in for and hour and hopefully more often.

One of the better places in Louisville to get a massage. It was a full hour and I didn't feel like I was shorted time. I'm feeling relaxed and refreshed. The only negative thing is the couples massage isn't done in the same room but that's not a big deal.
