Relaxed comfortable waiting room, and helpful and friendly staff. The masseuse was great! Gretchen had great strength in her hands and she frequently asked for feedback about the pressure she was applying. I felt the confidence in her touch which gave me confidence in her competence. That's a lot of "Cs" in one sentence. I also appreciate the way my privacy was respected regarding when I was undressing and redressing. This had been a concern prior to my appointment, but Element's procedure for this ensured that I was minimally uncomfortable and not embarrassed at all.

It was a great massage! He does a wonderful deep tissue that really relieves stress. I have been to a few masseuses that are just too soft and feels like they are just rubbing in lotion. I love his style and will be back.

I love Elements Massage! Their therapists are wildly talented - I haven't been to the same therapist twice, for no reason other than my own availability, but each of them provided an equally amazing experience. I don't even know how I would pick between them if I had to choose. Every time I'm at the studio the staff is helpful, courteous, and all will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. On my last visit it was raining, so one of the front desk staff members offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella because I didn't have one. For me, that says it all. Love this place and will be a customer for life.

Unlike other reviewers I was very disappointed in my massage, I am not new to massages I have had many over the year's at spa's all over the world. I asked for a relaxing massage it was anything but relaxing, ouch , ouch , ouch ! I was in pain literally, never have I ever almost screamed in pain. The worst massage ever .

I’m new to Louisville and after giving birth to my daughter in April, I needed some time out and some stress relief, and that is certainly what I got! Stephanie is a top notch massage therapist! She made sure that I was receiving the exact massage that I wanted and it was evident throughout that she knew exactly what she was doing! The only reason why I wouldn’t recommend her and Elements to anybody is the fear of not being able to get an appointment for myself after people discovered this absolute gem!

I have been here twice now and both times have been very pleasant and relaxing. The first time was for a prenatal massage and the therapist explained how she would be working around my belly (I was about 34weeks). Then I recently went back and had a different therapist, who took time to talk to me about the lotion she would use, as I am breastfeeding and I had heard you shouldn't use essential oils. Upon arrival, there is minimal waiting in the lobby, not a ton of people in and out so it was very relaxing. I will definitely be returning!
