I can't say enough positive things about Dr Christi and massage therapist Leslie. A small pulled muscle flared to incapacitate me two weeks before Thanksgiving. Being new to the area, I had to trust online reviews to find a new Chiropractic office. Between Dr Christi's adjustments and Leslie's massages I was able to host my family for the weekend, and have completely mended. I stay healthy with a biweekly adjustment and a monthly massage. They are such a caring office, and will get you back to good health.

Not your dad's Chiropractor! Dr.s Jeff and Christina are a great team. I came to A Y H due to pain from a long standing compressed disc. They recommended a plan to eliminate the pain and the plan has worked! My plan included physical therapy and Lexi works magic. I am now switching to a wellness plan to prevent relapses. What I am most impressed by is that they know there patients; You are greeted by name when you walk in the door, there is no reviewing a file before they begin to talk to you, they actually know and remember what is wrong, what you need, and discuss your progress before making any adjustments. This is definitely not your dad's chiropractor where they put you on a table, make adjustments and send you on your way until you need to be seen again. They are truly partners with you to make you feel and stay feeling well.

Not your average twist and crack chiropractor. They are fabulous! Dr. Christina uses a newer approach to adjustments while you are laying face down. I have been going for almost 5 years now and suffer mostly from tightness around my neck / upper back / between my shoulder blades. I was cautious of going to a chiropractor as I was lead to believe that their treatments were painful. After experiencing whip lash due to an auto accident, I was willing to try just about anything to help me with the pain. I'd been treated by my primary care physician, had a series of physical therapy sessions and been to several massage therapists. Nothing helped. Thankfully, in 2010 I was fortunate to find Dr. Christina. Initially, I saw her on a regular basis and for the past 4 1/2 years have only needed to see her on a monthly basis for maintenance. Wow. I woke up for the first time in 3 months with no pain in my left shoulder/back area. I had been to one other chiropractor in my life more than 15 years ago who adjusted me so terribly I hadn't gone back to see another one since. After having 3 kids in 4 years and breastfeeding for 5 years my back was shot. Following the recommendation of a friend I made an appt with Dr Christina and within 4 visits my pinch was gone. I was still having some shoulder pain and we couldn't figure out where that was coming from. She suggested seeing Lexi, their massage therapist, for a 30 min massage. I came to Adjust Your Health to see if I could get any relief from a frozen shoulder I had had for about a year. My entire back was out of whack because of the shoulder issue. I was skeptical of needleless acupuncture but thought I would at least give it a try. By the time I had finished the prescribed course of treatment, which was VERY reasonably priced, I felt 90% relief. I could raise my shoulder and was almost pain free. I continued on with the treatment and began to feel much better. I now go on a regular basis to keep my back in alignment and because I feel so much better when I go regularly. Dr. Christina is fantastic! There is a very clear reason why other reviews rate her so highly as well! I came in as a new patient with intense lower back pain on very short notice. I had been in significant pain for at least a week, if not two and finally decided to book an appointment. I will admit that after my first visit I was somewhat skeptical that the treatments were going to work the way I had hoped, simply because my pain had not yet begun to show any signs of going away. However, after my second visit I sensed a noticeable change in how my back felt. Over the course of only a week from when I first visited, my back felt 90% as good as it did before my pain. And that is truly awesome, especially since my pain had probably been in progress for close to a month. Now I feel great. If you have any kind of back issue, book an appointment. The whole staff is very friendly and really makes you feel cared for. But most importantly, you can finally feel better!

A friend of mine gave me an article that she found in her local newspaper about Dr Jeffrey and Dr Christina. Turns out that it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I had been seeing another chiropractor that had hurt me and I was not sure if i would see anyone else. Because of the pain I was having in my spine, lower back ,hip and knees. I had no choice if I wanted to continue to walk and move around freely without pain. I must admit I wasn't sure about the needle less acupuncture but I'm grateful I allowed her to use it on me. I don't know how but it works for me. After the first treatment I felt better. I 'm standing straight much better than before . With every treatment my movement and range is better. I can say that my pain levels are much better. I never dreamed that it could be possible! But, it is. I also love the fact that they make a great team. Dr. Christina is outstanding at her craft and was able to quickly identify what my issue was and how to get me back on track. I have also heard really great things about Lexi, the new massage therapist at the clinic, and how she specializes in certain types of massage therapy that will help people with chronic pain who would not be able to get treatment from a regular masseuse due to the nature of their condition.
