I had not had a massage in a long time so when I booked an appointment with Darin I wasn't sure what to expect. It was beyond my expectations. There was soothing music in the background and he applied the kind of firm pressure that I liked. He found many places on me that I didn't even know were sore and he was able to relieve most of the areas of tenderness I was experiencing. I will definitely become a regular client!!

I'd like to make an update to this review....the owner of Quiet River Massage contacted me and was very apologetic regarding this situation. His apology was sincere and much appreciated. He was very willing to make things right. I hope that this situation being brought to his attention will provide future customers with a great experience. Original: I am disappointed with my experience. I purchased a qctimes deal for a massage @ Quiet River Massage. I called the contact number provided and left a voicemail as instructed. I received a call back from a lady and one of the first questions she asked me was if I was going to be using a coupon or voucher. This was a red flag because I felt it was going to influence this whole experience and now am convinced that it did. We set up an appointment for a Thursday @ 5:15 pm. She sent me a text message confirming in the a.m. then another around 3:30 pm that she needed to rescheduled because she was ill. I thought nothing of it and we rescheduled for the following Tuesday @ the same time. I ended up having to send her a text that Tuesday mid-morning to confirm and she responded with yes. I received a text from her again around 3:15 pm that she had to reschedule and her excuse was A/C issues. I asked her to call me after 5 pm to discuss this rescheduling. I called both the number to Quiet River and her number; no one answered either and I did not receive a call nor a text going on 3 days now. I contacted qctimes deals and requested a refund based on this experience. I would not recommend purchasing a qctimes deal for Quiet River and based on this, I wouldn't recommend going there at all. These qctimes deals are a good way for companies to get new people through the door and they ruined that for me and possibly others.

Me and my girlfriend went in for a couple's massage. The staff is very friendly (including their three dogs). We each had our own problem areas that we could address in the pre-massage paperwork. I was more concerned about deep tissue and she likes a lighter massage and we both left happy, satisfied, and a lot less tense. 5 stars, we will be visiting again.

Not a terrible experience. Wife and husband duo are very kind, however the environment and skill is lacking. Expect a less than sanitary feel and a loud furnace or barking dog. The service itself was far more sensual than a massage. There was no relief in troubled areas as despite discussing it, they were never touched. I did see certifications hung on the wall however that did not show through in service.
