Scheduling is easy and Massage Envy is great about updating me when there are changes or delays. The staff at the Davenport outlet are sweet, caring and competent. I've been a member for about a year now, I think, and I love it! The only thing I wish is that we had a texting option for appointment updates and confirmations.

Allison managed to get us in same-day at a time that worked for our schedule. The 60 minute full body massage was very relaxing and did wonders for the pain in my shoulder/neck. This was my first "professional" massage, and I think I'm hooked now. Perhaps I'll try the hot stone massage next time.

They couldn't or wouldn't schedule two massages at the same time, and were rude about it. When I asked for the manager "John", the only name he would give me said the girl was not rude because he had been there when the first call was made. I asked for his last name, he refused, saying "Honey, do your homework, I'm not giving you my last name." I promised him I would let others know how he treated people and he said he retorted, quite rudely, "Well I'll let people know about you!". With only 3 1/2 stars on YELP, there are plenty of better massage therapists who know how to treat customers.

Great place to come and get skin care or massage. They have the option to be a member and you pay a monthly fee this gets you 1 free 60 minute massage and discounts on other massages you get that month. Not sure if you get discounts on products with this membership or not. The staff here is amazing, very friendly and professional. They have plenty of massage therapists, so you can find the one that is best for you or just go to whoever if you are not picky. I for one go to a certain therapist because of all my pains from my injuries. The therapist always communicate with you during the massage to make sure they are doing the best for you. They always check the pressure and make sure to hit the spots you need worked on the most.

After being bombarded by an aggressive ad campaign, I finally tried a massage from Massage Envy. I was put off by the attempt to make customers feel as they are in for a doctor's visit and having to fill out paperwork. There were multiple "From one to ten, how high is your stress" questions - not just on paper, but then an employee sits down with you and interrogates you. I don't know what you can do for me by throwing out a random number about stress and really, it's none of your business how often I work out or what I do to "cause stress." Listen, I'm just here for a massage, not a physical! The office is nice, quiet and professional, that was a plus. My therapist was experienced and good, but after I specifically told her I do not like poking or pressure points, she did it anyway. When time for my favorite part - the glute massage - she rubbed me through the sheet. When I commented, she said that's what she prefers. Sorry, but I like hands-on-skin massage. She said she massages with her forearms and while that was great for my back, I didn't expect a forearm massage on my feet. WTF? Who massages feet using their forearms? Despite these minor issues, the massage was great. When it was time to pay and leave, I was given a sales pitch to sign up for their monthly massage club membership "And if you sign up NOW you'll only pay blah blah blah." I politely said No Thank You and the girl kept going as if I had interrupted her sentence. Seriously, no thank you, with a smile. And the girl kept going. Now I am really annoyed. You asked me about my stress levels earlier? Now it's at TEN. If she were a telemarketer, I would have hung up. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. I WAS relaxed, but now I am pissed off. It was a bad ending to a good massage and pretty much guaranteed I will not be back. I'm going back to Bettendorf Massage. That's what I get for trying someplace new.

I went in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and my therapist Jessica just nailed it. She questioned me prior to beginning about sore/tender areas, areas I would like special emphasis on, recent injuries, etc. I was able to tell her during the massage where more or less pressure was needed, and she obliged promply and perfectly. The atmosphere was very soothing and conducive to relaxing, and the oils and lorions were not overpowered. Getting the appointment date and time was simple, and the staff were all very accomodating, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

I've been getting massages for years and was honestly a little apprehensive about a franchise-like establishment. Well... by the time I left, I was extremely happy with the massage and had made another appointment for an enhanced 90 minute in a couple more days! I travel the country for work and Massage Envy has flexible hours, lots of locations, and seemed to be able to schedule appointments quickly. Works for me. Thanks!

Multiple staffers have gone above and beyond the normal realm of customer service for me on several occasions. My friends and I often argue over who's the best therapist because they're all so wonderful but it's Syliva with the win, hands down!! ;) Highly recommend a membership here!!

My boyfriend and I did the couples massage in Sept. 2018. Arrived early to fill out the massage preferences on their tablets. Although the staff was very friendly and the place was clean, the atmosphere felt rushed. Our hour long massage was cut in total of 10 minutes! 5 minutes in the beginning to get undressed to your comfort and 5 minutes at the end to get dressed again. So, our massage was really only 50 minutes... For the price of the massages, no minutes should be cut short. Overall, we felt rushed to get in and out, was not a good experience for when you are supposed to be relaxed and stress free.

Therapists and front desk staff are fast, friendly and listen. The massages are wonderful and range from relaxing, to deep tissue, to specific/customized and the new stretching is amazing. The facials are relaxing and targeted to my problematic areas. LOVE this place!

I am very disappointed with Massage Envy. First of all it costs more money than it should ever cost. I paid $60 for a hour massage that didn't even help me❓Second they try get you to sign up for a $60 a month membership, which is a rip off. Not worth it at all. My massage therapist just kinda rubbed my upper back, neck, and shoulders and then told me that's where all my stress was. I already knew that, I came here to fix it. Seems like they don't wanna fix your pain so they can make more money. My massage just made everything hurt worse, costed a bunch of money and told me what I already knew. I wish I could get that money back. Never going back. Customer service reached out to me and rescheduled me with the best massage therapist ever Bill! He worked out almost all the pain out of my back, it'll take a few sessions I got allot in there. But they were extremely nice, gave me a free massage to retry their service. I'm definitely going back in a few weeks. It was awesome. It's all about the right therapist that knows what they are doing.

I was dissapointed in the massage I received today. I was so excited for a nice Relaxing 90min massage. However, that was not the case. The music was loud, the massage itself was painful, and the overall environment was far from relaxing. I heard many great things about this place, but I doubt I will go back.

Granted they are a corporated business they try to push the upsale alittle much but are very knowlegeable and present a very professional atmosphere unlike most common massage places. I only didnt give them one star because i personally dont like the upsale part about it.

Not only did Tiffany listen to my needs and concerns, she focused on the areas of pain and stress for the whole 50 minutes. After three long months of pain and tightness, she was able to provide some much needed relief. The front office staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. Very friendly and helpful if you haven't had one before to help make sure you get the massage that will help with pain or discomfort that you are having.
