I booked couples massages for my husband and my anniversary. Drove 3 hours there rented a motel room for 2 nights just for them to cancel our appointment at the last minute. I understand things happen and people call in etc. but I would have thought they could have cancelled someone else that is local and has more flexibility to reschedule. They didn’t offer us anything for the inconvenience either. Or to make it up to us. So disappointed that we spent money to have a special weekend and this happens.

A decent massage, but I felt very pressured for the upsell. I got a gift certificate for a free intro massage, but the receptionist demanded I provide a credit card to book an appointment even though I clearly told her I was going to use a gift card. Then I found out that what they advertise is a 60 minute massage is actually only a 50 minute massage. After the massage, they tried to convince me to buy a longer massage with expensive add ons. Clearly, this massage parlor is more intended to maximize profits rather than health.

I had a appointment for massage envy other day. The worse experience ever. One lady who did my massage I don;t remember the name did for only 40 minutes and did not do the legs and hand massage. They charged me for the whole hour long massage which is 78 dollar and tips! I would not recommend any one my friends or family to go there for massage.There are many places in omaha where you can get a full hour session with less money and best massage.

I have been a member for quiet sometime and i have had every therapist and esthetician work on me i have never had a problem at this location i enjoy coming in more than just twice a month. Front desk is very professional and i cant wait to keep continueing as a member for several years.

Ask for Joyce or Stephen! They are amazing and get to all the right spots and I feel 100 times better after I see them. Excellent customer service and front desk staff. I am always greeted with a smile! Highly recommended!

Nice setting and great staff. Be cautious for the membership hard sell. They don't state it's a one year lock until the 2nd to last contract page and even then the fact is rushed past. 7/9/19 Update - I did contact this location about my concern and was told the contract is thouroughly reviewed with customers. I am not saying the process is intentionally deceptive but the contract duration was very much glossed over by the staff member I worked with.

Massage Envy has a warm and inviting atmosphere every time I visit there. The staff are always providing excellent customer service from the front desk to the massage therapist/Estheticians. It's a great place to go to unwind but also to work on any problem areas you may have.

I was a first time customer at Massage Envy. The morning of my appt I woke up to a sheet of black ice across the city. I left my residence a full 45 minutes early to make my appointment, but realized quickly that there was no way to make it on time. Police stopped responding to accidents and I was stuck. I called Massage Envy to explain my situation, and was told I could either use whatever time was left when I arrived, or be charged the cancellation fee. I continued to attempt to make it to my appointment, but eventually had to call it off. I was charged the cancellation fee. I absolutely understand the need for a cancellation policy, as you can't have clients randomly canceling on you at the last minute and losing that time and money. However, I would expect a spa located in NE to understand that sometimes weather doesn't give people a choice. I wanted nothing more than to give Massage Envy my business, but they didn't even give me the option to reschedule.

Don’t tell them you are pregnant, they will make you lay on your side no matter what, even in first trimester, when there is no safety implications to laying on your back or your stomach. If you have a miscarriage they will force you to get a doctors note or they will make you get a prenatal. They do not have a maternity table, and you will have to get a less than adequate massage on your side (not good if you have neck problems). When I told them I was no longer pregnant, they said I had to have a doctors note or else I was a “liability” and had to get a prenatal massage. How humiliating and unkind.

just ok. didn't really feel like i was a human...more like part of an assembly line. plus i really hate when spas try to upsell you from the moment you check in. i'm here to relax...not be a part of a carnival. the massage was 3* but the overall front desk experience brought it down to a 2*. i'm sure there are better options in the metro area.

The membership discount really isn't that great after the store fails to cancel your membership after you jump through their ridiculous hoops to cancel your membership (I moved and didn't want to continue). I wouldn't even think of considering it. Also, the treatment rooms are tiny. Every therapist I had there encountered problems moving around the room during sessions. The upgrades are a joke. Lot's of money for not a lot of extra care, And they don't add on extra time to administer them, so you pretty much just pay extra money for the same amount of time... Save your money and time. Ask a friend for a great local (yes I realize the franchiser might be local, but remember the stupid hoops I had to jump through) massage therapist recommendation.

This location will call and call and call even after I filled out the cancellation form on my month membership they still called and wanted money, claiming I owed them before I could cancel! I am filing a complaint with BBB, do not EVER EVER EVER GO HERE!

Went there as a birthday grift from my friend while I was in town for my holiday. First time ever and I loved it. The therapist was very good and very knowledgeable as I lead them to believe I had no knowledge in the area and was impressed with his knowledge. Which made me feel comfortable enough to return, in fact I joined the membership that same day.. I was treated as it was a billionaire spa. A+ service. Note a soreness is normal, that why it also very important to let them know what medical conditions you suffer from so the can appropriately adjust your session as not to hurt you.

I had one massage and it was amazing. After the appointment, however, a very pushy employee offered their $60/mo membership to me, but did not emphasize the 12 month commitment. After looking at the paper she insisted I sign for the membership, I saw that the contract was a 12 month commitment at $60/mo. At that point I realized they must get a lot of people to sign this contract without realizing they are spending $720 instead of $60. I declined and did not sign the paper, but at the employee's suggestion took it with me to "think about it." Now, two months later I just realized that even though I didn't sign the contract, they have been charging my credit card $60 each month unauthorized. After contacting the manager, they were able to verify through their video recordings that I didn't sign the contract and are refunding the extra charges. It is worrisome that they have a camera specifically for their contracts as if the strict contract isn't enough. Don't be rushed into this contract unless you are sure you want it for 12 months.
