DO NOT COME HERE!!!! FIRST and LAST TIME COMING HERE! Rude, rude rude . A couple of women were playing loud rap music behind the counter as I walked in as a new patient. An older lady named Jody with blond hair asked me to come to the front desk and was asking me questions about my job and the purpose of my visit very loudly discussing personal information in front of the very busy office filled with patients. I felt kind of embarrassed since everyone in the waiting room heard the way she was talking to me in an accusing manor and all of my personal information regarding my job. Then an assistant brought me me into the exam room didn't even shut the door, didn't even get a smile or hello, I asked a question and got ignored. I got up and then shut the door because people in the waiting room were looking at me as I was in the first exam closest to the waiting room. However the Chiropractor I saw Scott Nelson was nice, quick and efficient. I got my blood pressure taken afterwards and it was an extremely high odd number by this same assistant who brought me into exam room. I told the assistant who was a large lady with black hair named NICOLE who took my blood pressure that it might need to be rechecked because that was abnormally high and she said "no" very rudely and walked out of the room and left the door open, came back handed me papers not even facing my direction and walked off. I don't know why I was treated so disrespectfully especially after I was referred here, I was excited to be a new client and was told great things about this office. I was looking for a chiropractic office to go to and I now know NOT TO GO HERE. And I will let everyone else know who is looking for a chiropractor not to go here as well!

I love this place. They are so thorough without taking up your whole stinkin day. Scott is hilarious and nice. He never judges when I go in there all scurvy. LOL. The staff is super sweet and knowledgeable. I have NEVER gotten a bill cause they bill my insurance immediately. Awesome clinic!

The staff is very professional and all the chiropractors are good. I have been seeing a chiropractor for years and I will bring my daughter in for an adjustment, thats how much I trust these guys. If you don't want to have your insurance billed their office visit is very reasonable.

I had the best experience at Mason City Chiropractic. The staff was very friendly and the time waiting was short. Dr. Nelson was kind and sensitive to my pain. He was very knowledgeable and gave me exercises that helped with my problem. Lastly he put me on electric stem which relived the pain quicker. Thank you Mason City Chiropractic.
