I wanted to cry, this overpriced haircut was the worst experience. She either drank way too much last night or this morning. She kept spilling her energy drink every where and kept dropping everything. She couldnt function very well and was very rough. On top of all that i had to pay a higher rate of $40. Never going back. They didnt even offer me a drink or do anything to provide good service.

I had an amazing experience! I was nervous because I just moved here from another state (i.e. away from my usual stylist). However, Taylor did such a fabulous job because she was very personable, listened to exactly what I was looking for and ultimately gave me my favorite hair style I have ever gotten! Furthermore, the staff was friendly, the building was clean, there were beverages for when you are waiting and the atmosphere overall made the experience feel much more high end than the price suggests.

My experience at Elevate was wonderful. I have been looking for a salon with helpful staff that aren’t shoving products down my throat and a stylist who is kind and makes me feel comfortable. Not only was the color of my highlights PERFECT, but my haircut was exactly what I wanted. Jamisyn was so great to work with and made me feel at ease. I didn’t leave until I booked my next cut with Jamisyn-something I’ve never done at any other salon!

Vikki was amazing!!!! I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and have been in twice before with other stylists: those times were okay. the 1st was awesome and the 2nd was eh couldve been better. But Vikki was fantastic! She did such a great job, she explained what she thought would look great and would just take off a little a time until they were fabulous!!! She also was great to talk to, i highly recommend you ask for her when you get your eyebrows done!!!! :)

I love this Salon. I have used Elevate through the years to treat my granddaughters to hairstyles, manicures and pedicures. Now my cosmetologist works there. The Staff are always courteous and professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

I had never been in for any kind of service. Mallory was recommended and I see why. She is great! Very professional and listened to what I needed for my fine hair. Even gave recommendations on product I could use. My hair color turned out in the perfect shade of red and copper. Extra perks being offered coffee, hot chocolate or cappuccino. Even received a lotion hand massage and a short scalp massage. She was great and so was her service to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable throughout the process.

It is a very pleasant, clean and calming atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. My stylist, Heather, is awesome. She takes her time, helps me figure out what "I want" when I don't know what I want, and does an amazing job. I love Elevate!

I went here to get my hair done for a wedding I was in over the weekend. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Pretty sure she was on drugs and kept dropping the comb and still using the same comb on my hair that has touched the floors at least three different times. She was extremely rough. Pulled out so much of my hair. Had a huge headache. Literally poked me in my eye twice. And damn near slapped me on my forehead i don’t know how many times. The hair style looked nothing like the picture I gave her. Which was something I could’ve done but didn’t want to have to do my own hair so I thought I’d get it done. My curls were not even curls. Not even five min out of the building I took a picture of my hair and how awful it was. When I got to the church I had to redo my own hair that I just paid an expensive amount to do.

Sandy did an excellent job! I was in so much pain in my shoulders and back. Sandy massaged my back and got all of my knots out. I felt so much better. I have gone to other places for massages, but they aren't as relaxing as they are at Elevate. The atmosphere along with the oils and scents they use help me relax so I get the full benefit from my massage.

They think they know how to do eyelash extentions. I was a walk-in from Montana and only used Minksy brand.The technician assured me that she would be able to do a fill without notice or removal. These are the results. FYI....Find a Minksy certified tech in your area trust only them.Never again.

Horrible experience, I came in asking that no drill be used on my nails, and I wanted pink fill with white tips. Even showed a picture of what I wanted. The nail technician started by using excessive force with the nail file, she filed my skin around my nails, till i started to bleed. I was attending a wedding and my fingernails look gross in all pictures because they all scabbed over from the cuts she gave me. She also didn't even remove all the previous nails polish so against my white tips is bright pink nails polish. and you can see my underlying nails which looks very bad. this place is also very expensive!! 3 times the normal price for acrylics, but yet give you the worst quality nails. I also didn't get the pink backing on my nails, when I spoke up about it she said it would cost me $10 to fix it the way I wanted! how does it cost me because you didn't do what I asked??? wish i could attach pictures here to show you all how horrible my nails look!!!! be ware .

I went to get my hair colored and the girl ripped out my hair the whole time. Whenever I had a snarl she would rip right through it. Then when it was time to wash my hair she put me in a dirty bowl and never washed out the hair FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Once she was combing out my hair she dropped the comb and used it again. I asked for framing layers and showed her a picture of what I wanted. When she was done she cut 4 inches off one side and barely cut the other side. Horrible experience, especially for a level 3

Ive gone twice to Elevate. Once to get my hair highlighted and cut and the other, I brought my fiance to get mani pedis for a 50th wedding anniversary we were going to. Both times Ive had over the top service by extremely friendly specialists. Ive gotten acrylics done on my nails all over town and Elevate is by far the best! I trust them with the care of my nails over any other salon. I highly recommend the Blush wine if you enjoy a light sweet wine! They also serve Budweiser and Miller Light so very male friendly for the masculine men out there. :)

First time I splurged on salon color for my hair and one week later it has completely come out in some spots and looks awful- it wasn't even close to what I asked for but I tried to embrace how it turned out anyways....tough to do when it looks the way it does now. CURLY HAIR BEWARE!!! I went here to get a blowout service something that I considered safe so no one could mess up my hair. My stylist and the staff were very nice. However, she didn’t seem to know what a blowout service was. I had to ask her to wash my hair. Once back in the chair she didn’t put any anti-humectant, or stay straight serum in my hair. I went here to try to prove to myself that someone could handle my hair type. Oh man, was I proved right. I will never return to here.

I wear high heels almost every day and she knew exactly what my feet needed. I feel so relaxed afterwards. It's really great to know that this is a place to come and get good service from happy people who do an amazing job and will have a little conversation with you. Really, I can't recommend this place or their services enough.

I walked in and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a haircut, I told them I'd wait, no problem. So I waited where they told me to wait. Everyone around me was asked if they wanted something to drink, I was not asked. Not a big deal I guess. So I waited...and waited. After 35-40 minutes, I decided that I was being ignored or forgotten so I told them I didn't have anymore time to wait and left. That was the second time they did that to me so NEVER AGAIN will I go there!

Upscale haircuts colors waxes and more. Surprisingly it's a great place for guys cuts. Welcoming staff make it a great experience. Call ahead to schedule as it's always busy. Expensive but the staff is top notch and go out of their way to make you happy.

The first time I went back in Feb I asked to go brunette from blonde. The lady I got gave me brown low lights and a lot of blonde highlights. It was awful and not what I asked for. It took her three hours to make my hair awful. By that time it was 9 pm and no time to fix it. I complain to the managers who told me that I can come in tomorrow to fix my hair. I get a second appointment and the same lady tries again. My hair came out with one side brunette and the other side blonde. I could not believe that she could still not get my hair all brunette. I complained again and they said to have them try one more time. I go in the next day for them to fix it and she turns me three shades darker brunette in a block color. It was AWFUL. I was so angry and I complained and they offered to fix it again but I told them that fixing it for a third time would RUIN my hair. They made me pay full price of 135 for this crap. I went in again a month ago to see a girl who had cut my hair there in January. My brunette had completely faded and it looked awful! I had her color me back to blonde. Well she didn't get all the way to my roots from my scalp and left a line of brunette! And the foils started getting really hot and burned my scalp, I was yelling that they were burning me and they had to put me under water quickly. They blamed me for drinking water with a lot of metal in it and explained that was why it caused this chemical reaction. I told them that I haven't done anything different from the last time they used dye in my hair and that it couldn't be my fault. They still made me pay full price. I was so pissed! I went to a girlfriend of mine to get my hair cut yesterday and she said that the hair color was really messed up and that I had three block colors showing. I will NEVER go back to elevate. They were good when they were city looks but now I can't even stand walking in there. They have truly ruined my hair and felt no remorse. The only good person there is Tricia. She truly understands my hair.

Worst customer service and very unprofessional. The manager at the Edgewood Salon, has the worst attitude and very unprofessional. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. For someone, paying over $800.00 for a service, your attitude and professional skills suck. The Manager was very rude to my wife. I will be getting a hold of the General Manager as well. I'm disgusted! If you have an issue with any service they perform for you, don't waste your time going to talk to them about it. Very rude and they sit there and talk about the clients behind their back. Very Juvenile!

Went in for body scrub along with extras for birthday... Half the stuff they promised when my girlfriend scheduled this didn't happen and when we got there they were confused. We told them multiple time what we were wanting and they acknowledged they understood and could make it happen. Long story short that didn't happen. For the price not worth it.. Will never go back.. Not a pleasant experience.
