I can only speak to the float pod experience, as that's all I've tried thus far. I've been wanting to try this for years, and was thrilled to find out a spa right here in our area now has one! It really did live up to all the hype, and it's truly difficult to describe the experience. It's surreal, but in a wonderful, pretty mind blowing way. Long story short: The owner and staff at Cloud 9 are consummate professionals, and enthusiastic about making sure you have a great experience. The spa is very, very clean. I'm very allergic to dust and mold, so I *know* that to be true. :-) They've earned a regular customer with me! Give them a try. You won't be sorry.

I've been a client of Tammy's for almost a year now. I get Ashiatsu and Lomi Lomi massage from her 1x/month. I keep coming back because she's very good at what she does, keeps up on her continuing education and has an amazing float tank that is the perfect post-massage activity. Personally, I like a lot of pressure in my massage and so I recommend Ashiatsu (done with bare feet) but for those looking to relax, Lomi Lomi (a Hawaiian massage-style) is equally amazing. The float tank, in combination with Lomi, is about the most relaxing experience one can imagine. I haven't used any of the spa's other services but, from what other C9 clients have told me, everything C9 offers is great!

They help you feel pampered as you get the float/shower room, living area and bathroom all to yourself and they provide you with your own brush, comb, deodorant and luffa. This little spa is awesome. They act like the customer is king. From an awesome massage to a glass of wine. Free! The coziness and comfort is so wholesome and the ladies there are down to earth and really care about there customers. I tried the float tank also and OMG. Never have I felt so relaxed. Going back every week for both. You owe it to yourself to experience this at least once. AMAZING!

Wonderful experience! Everything was explained and I felt very comfortable. Watched a short video since this was my first time. Shower area in room where you float and restroom nearby with hairdryer and hair products. I floated in a Cami and clean undies after I took a shower. You control the options of having music and lights on. Time flies by. Very relaxing and will be coming back. I expect to have a great night's sleep tonight!

The float haven is the most relaxing thing I've ever experienced!! Excellent facilities with special attention to details such as soap, shampoo, combs, etc. for your shower. Excellent massages with wine and a massage chair to relax before your actual massage. Wonderful!!

Lovely helpful staff, clean and well maintained, nice private float space with nearly everything you’d need to get on with your day after. It was my first time visiting Cloud9 and the float session discount for the month was one reason for me to try out a new place to float after experiencing so many others. My following comments in no way downgrade my rating because I feel they are personal preferences when floating and really depend on what exactly you’re looking to get out of your float session. The water in the pod was hotter than I was expecting it to be or used to it being. Still relaxing (and probably the temperature most spa goers are looking for) but most of my session was more like a hot tub experience and I wasn’t able to get to the headspace I normally do when looking to shut out the world for a while. About halfway through I propped open the lid of the pod about an inch with a towel and that seemed to be the solution to keep the temperature about right. She had mentioned at the beginning that some like to do that but I wasn’t expecting for it to be because of the temperature building up inside. Knowing those few things for this specific pod now, I will definitely have a more enjoyable experience next time!

The world needs this place. Walk through the door and it doesn't matter what you were experiencing outside, it all melts away. From the float pod to the massage, you cannot go wrong. I walked in with a bad back and unable to walk upright and left standing tall. If you haven't been to Cloud 9 yet you really should make the effort. You will not be disappointed.

Just had a fantastic float at Cloud 9. It's a comfortable space and very professional--all the accommodations for taking a float are really nice. I'm sure I'll be going back for more floats, and for a massage as well. And for what it's worth, if you haven't taken a float before, you should do it. I had a great first experience at Cloud 9. I had a 45 minute Ashiatsu massage with Tammy. I had never had that kind of massage before, but she explained everything really well and she eased me in to the deeper pressure, always making sure I was comfortable. This spa has great ambiance, and I loved the complimentary glass of wine and massage chairs in the relaxation room. It was hands down one of the best massages I've ever had, and I walked out of there feeling totally relaxed and with NO tension in my neck/back. I can't wait to come back and get another Ashiatsu and maybe try out the float pod!

I treated my friend and I to a spa afternoon at Cloud 9 to celebrate her birthday and we could not have been happier! Starting with the relaxing chair massages and a big glass of wine, we moved on to mud wraps and salt scrubs. Tammy put me at ease immediately and both treatments were so comforting and felt great! We finished our visit with hour long massages. I decided to try the Ashi massage and it was amazing! I've been getting massages for many years and never have I gotten the relief and long lasting effects as I did with Tammy's Ashi massage. Highly recommend and I look forward to coming back to Cloud 9 again and again!

Never had your services, so I wont speak on that. However, I find it distasteful that you drive on 380, while texting on your phone, with your business promoted on your vehicle. Nothing is worth the dangers that texting or surfing the web brings while driving. If you are unsure of where or when, it was Sunday, October 20th at 12:00 pm, from Wilson Ave exit, through the s curves, to 42nd. Please do better.

I love getting massages here! There is a lovely relaxation room you get to wait in until your appointment and use a massage chair. Tammy gives AMAZING massages with great pressure (if you choose) and really focuses on any "trouble zones" that you have. She's amazing and runs a great establishment

It's incredibly relaxing and Cloud 9 does so many things to enhance the experience. They have a top notch spa! I highly recommend it!

I was going to be a new customer. Just called to make an appointment. I was asked to give a credit card over the phone in order to reserve an appointment. I explained I don’t give my credit card over the phone and would pay cash . My appointment was canceled. I don’t understand a business that insists on keeping a credit card on file if they don’t agree with that.

I was very disappointed when I was called and told my appointment was cancelled while I was on my way to Cloud 9 in Ely from Marion. I was looking forward to getting a massage & relaxing for the weekend. I heard they were very good! I thought they would have a "plan B". I don't think I will be calling them again. I was very upset that they store you credit card number also. I was able to get into another massage & spa & they got me right in! I was contacted by the owner (Tammy) later the same day. Very quick responce! We talked about what had happened and she stated she wanted to get my massage done for me. Tammy stated there was time to get me in on the next day (Sat.). I took the appointment and I am soo glad I did. Tammy came in on her day off just to take care of what I was requesting. She went above and beyond to see that my experience would be great at Cloud 9. Tammy explained to me why the credit cards question and I understand now why they are stored safely in their computer system. I can't speak highly enough about Tammy and her staff. Customer service experience was AWESOME!!!! Thank you again. I will be bringing my business and spreading word of how great I was treated! Bill

I have never had a massage before and my shoulder was killing me one week. I live in Ely and have heard several good things about Cloud 9 so I thought I'd give Tammy's deep therapeutic massage a try. My shoulder felt at least 70% better walking out and as time went by it got even better. After a day or so the pain went away completely. Tammy knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Cloud 9. I am a believer and I will be back.

I have been going to Cloud 9 Massage and Spa for a while. I love it!! I started out with just the therapeutic massage and then moved on to the Ashi Massage. I have also tried the Ashi-Thia which was good too. I justed enjoyed my first foot bliss. Another great thing about massage is you can use your medical flex money to pay for the massage services. I always flex out enough for at least one massage a month. This makes sure that I always have it in my budget. I have had massages from Amber and Tammy and I always leave feeling wonderful and relaxed.

Tammy ALWAYS has done a phenomenal job releasing the stress I carry between my shoulder blades. She is so sweet and friendly, it feels like you're visiting a friend for a massage! I had my healing touch massage with Lacey, was a total skeptic before I went in but thought I would give it a try. It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. Most definitely the most relaxed I have ever been. I left the appointment feeling like a completely different person. I am a 52 year old man and a skeptic when it comes to trying new things. I had an amazing experience tonight floating in the pod. It felt like I was in the most comfortable bed I have ever been in in 52 years. The lights and music relax you to the point that you could go to sleep. I am still shocked at how much I enjoyed the experience. I work with my body for a living and my muscles and joints ache all the time. After my float I was able to walk without hurting. I'm telling you, you have to try it. At first I thought "60 bucks?" and now I'm think $100 is not enough. Thank you Cloud 9 for my experience. I will be back soon.
