9 years ago my lower back “went out” for the first time at age 25. Each year it “went out” at least once and lasted longer and longer before the pain subsided. At age 31 it went out again only this time it was so severe I couldn’t sit for more than 5 minutes, I couldn’t run, I couldn’t lean over the sink, I hesitated before every movement, and I couldn’t drive due to severe pain. It consumed my life. For 6 months I saw Physical Therapist and Chiropractors. Each relieving a little pain but never eliminating it and always coming back in a day or two. I was thinking I’d need surgery. Upon a job change I decided to find a new PT and stumbled across Sue’s page. I didn’t expect a miracle. I was merely looking for someone to continue my twice weekly massage to get through the weeks. While I did have a chiropractor take an X-ray and tell me my legs were uneven...Sue was the first to get to the root of my pain. My first visit she took the time to thoroughly assess my body, even measuring my alignment. It was then she diagnosed my hips to be tilted/twisted and began her magic to correct. I only had 2 apts with Sue and because of the daily stretches she sent me home with, I have gone from disabling chronic pain to now over 3 years completely pain free!!! I daily can tell when my back is needing a stretch and because of Sue have the tools I need to correct it at home. Highly recommend!!
