He helps me in so many areas of health and wellness from lower back pain to sciatic nerve pain, foot pain, to food and seasonal allergies, IBS and so much more. All without the help of medicine or surgery! Dr. Trenary is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I fell on the ice during our last snow storm and bruised my ribs really bad and could hardly move,Gave Dr Trenary a call a few days later, and he got me in right away. Within a few days,although in a lot of pain, I was able to move around after spending 3 days on my couch. If I didn’t go to Dr Trenary, I would not be able to move at all!! I only live a couple blocks away so if I need an adjustment, all I have to do is call! I also love that he and Kory let me hang out(I’m watching The Smurfs as I type this!! LOL)

Dr. Trenary is a Chiropractor's Chiropractor. He does a first class job of finding the nerve obstructions and misalignments of the spine. He actually puts you on a plan to get you out of your current problem and then to maintain the function of the nerve system and spine. I recently had a shoulder injury and a chronic lower back issue and Dr. Trenary was beyond helpful! In just a very short time my shoulder pain has literally diminished! I am regaining range of motion also. I inquired about exercises that would help strengthen my shoulder and Dr. Trenary was more than willing to explain and demonstrate what could work for me.
