Absolutely the best massage I have ever experienced. Tracy is very experienced, customer-focused, and provides multiple modalities of massage during the session. I have received cupping, and hot stones, integrated with the more traditional massage techniques. The office setup and massage room is very conducive to relaxation and peace. I have been amazed that after having experiencing extreme pain and spasms in my hips & lower back, from a week vacation at a dude ranch, Tracy was able to ease my discomfort. After a two to three sessions, I am beginning to feel significant relief. If you are looking for a relaxing, spa-type massage, this is not the place. Rupp Massage is geared to a deeper, more intense therapy that is focused on improved body functioning and maintenance of good health, in conjunction with other methods of holistic health focus. Thankful for such an intense, invigorating massage.

This is NOT your typical massage. This is a life changing, pain relieving, very educated massage therapist that really cares about his clients and relieving pain and stress. He knows every muscle and bone in your body and knows what essential oils can do to help your muscles. If you're a runner or not I honestly recommend you go and try him. I think you would see the difference in a regular massage and what Tracy does.
