I am a 67-year old runner who is still doing marathons. My age and my hobby combine to lead to many issues that need massage to correct. Jane has been a valuable asset to allow me to continue to "still be a kid". I give her brief description of what is bothering me and she finds the source. Often pain on one side is due to an issue on the other. Having gotten her training at the Carmel School of Massage and Healing Arts, it is not a surprise that she has such skills. If you are looking for a massage therapist I highly recommend her.

Jane helped me through tight muscles before I had surgery and I found relief. After surgery she expedited the recovery process by keeping my muscles from tightening up. thus allowing me to keep good posture and form. She is a quick study on how the body works and what needs attention. I've been to probably 6-7 M.T.'s and she most certainly is probably the most dedicated to her craft.

I’m so grateful for Jane. I think there’s often a misperception that massage is an indulgence meant only for special occasions or as a treat. While it certainly can be (and Jane’s cozy and comfortable room is fabulous!), I see it a little differently. Massage is one of many components that contribute to my wellbeing, both mentally and physically. Before meeting Jane, I’d been seeing a massage therapist for a few years who was great but, due to illness, moved away. I was reluctant to have to find someone new, but Jane has made me so glad I didn’t stop prioritizing this part of my overall health. Her expertise and skill are unmatched, and I trust her implicitly to heal my aches and protect my spine and muscles and joints at the same time. She is so thorough and will not leave you “half fixed.” Stiffness, tension, and knots are troubles that she works through with you. And, when something releases, she is full of praise and encouragement. I always leave her care feeling like I’ve accomplished something, even though she’s doing all the work! Not only is Jane a master at her craft, she’s also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. After each session, we spend a few minutes chatting about our ups and downs, and her active interest in how I’m doing – beyond the tension in my neck! – is genuine. I’d recommend Jane to anyone who wants to feel better from head to toe!

Jane brings a lifetime of experiences with her every time she begins a massage with a client. Yes, she is knowledgeable and she is skilled and she possesses absolutely MAGIC hands. But Jane has endured and triumphed over more adversary in her life than almost anyone I know. Jane is amazing! She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Her deep tissue massage is a genuine deep tissue massage. She worked out tight muscles, fused muscles and knots I didn't know I had. My body felt so much looser the next day. She helped me with a deltoid problem that was really impacting my lifting. She went above and beyond and even sent me information on helping it heal. I find her to be a kind and caring person who puts her whole soul into her craft. She is very thorough during intake, asking lots of questions, ensuring appropriate and adequate treatment. On top of that, she is kind and pleasant to work with. Jane is a highly skilled, an excellent communicator and her healing hands have an innate ability to relieve pain. She has been very accommodating to my fluid schedule. Not only do her massages feel revitalizing, but she has a very holistic approach. She has a chart in her office and actually shows you which muscles she worked on, where the problem areas are, what can cause them, and exercises that can be done to reduce future muscle stress.
