I started going to Jenn Baron for deep tissue massage some 14 years ago so you can correctly assume that I am totally satisfied with her talents. I originally went to deal with discomfort from neck/back issues brought about from - I thought - overwork and possibly stress. A couple of visits - I thought - will fix what ails me. End of story. To my body's everlasting gratitude, Jenn is a trained, certified therapist with years of experience capable of diagnosing problems as well as offering suggestions as to their resolution. Then, there's the actual hands on thing! Ahhh. After a few years, I came to the conclusion that deep tissue massage was an important investment in my general well being. All of us make decisions as to what we consider to be important to our physical, emotional, and mental well being: physical checkups; eye exams; dental maintenance. I've come to place muscular flexibility free of pain to be just as important as the other things I cited. As a person, Jenn could not be more pleasant and accommodating. Prior to every session she asks me how I'm feeling and if there is any specific muscle group that I would especially like attended to. My quality of life approved significantly once I banished chronic back and neck pain through Jenn's ministrations!
