I went to see Karen because I had ongoing issues with my scapula, neck and pectoral areas that kept worsening over several weeks. Right away she determined I had an upper rib out of place. She was able to ask Dr. Marcus, the chiropractor whose office is on the premises, to take a quick look and he confirmed that my rib was out of place. He gave me a quick adjustment and Karen finished with massage and stretching. She also recommended some exercises for me to do at home to strengthen some muscle atrophy that had developed due to the rib issue. Two days later, I'm feeling great. Next time I won't wait so long to see her. Thanks Karen!!!
