I absolutely adore all of the staff here at UHI - after just 1 week of visits, I am feeling so much better. UHI's chiro and PT practice is fantastic. I've been dealing with neck and shoulders pain for a while until I visited UHI and started working with Dr Thoma on changing bad posture and sleep positions. I learned a lot from Dr Thoma and done big changes since then. The staff are very friendly in general which makes it's a very comfortable and supportive environment. Dr Thoma is smart and passionate about what she does, she does everything she can to help me. Laquita is by far the most skilled massage therapist I worked with, she truly amazing. I highly recommend going there.

This place is amazing. The best adjustments I’ve ever had and I’ve seen at least 10 Chiropractor’s. It takes some time for the adjustments but they are thorough and you will feel better when you leave. They also have the best cranial Sacral therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. If you want to be in and out in 10-15 min this place isn’t for but if you want to really have a thorough therapeutic session to let you body heal and recover this place is for you. A session actually worth your co-pay or session price.

After being a loyal patient UHI going twice a week for over a year, this office was willing to lose my business over small charges that had accumulated and not been properly communicated to me as the patient. Their front desk staff is not properly trained to deal with billing (always new staff), and the doctors also continue to leave as well. While this situation is very specific to my own expereience, I would not recommend this office due to their lack of commitment to proper communication on billing and the high turnover. Their team is small and not well organized - the office manager plays all of the roles in one, which leads to the inability to work through any issues, as there is just one opinion on the team to speak for them all. Beware of the high star ratings - free massages are given in exchange for posting a rating on Google.

I highly recommend this practice for chiropractic, Cranio-Sacral therapy and healing massage. The vibe is more like a healing community rather than a clinical office setting and I always enjoy my time here. I didn't have any particular injury, but stress and overwork dragging me down and a month of treatments has me feeling strong healthy and even getting back to exercise. I've yet to get an appointment with the owner, but Doctors Galli and Thoma are great as are masseuses Laquita and Josue, and the CST Robert is very tuned in. They also have a great billing department to take care of insurance stuff which can be confusing. And...they work as a team so it's easy to get an appointment with anyone and have 7 days a week available!

Universal Health provides a wide variety of services from staff that has a great deal of expertise. At various times, I have used chiropractic services, physical therapy services, acupuncture and massage services and have been very impressed with the results. The office hours are great and they make an effort to accommodate your schedule. Always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Stay away from this dishonest place with staff that cannot explain their charges! The doctors are amazing but I will not and will not let anyone I know go to this place - they are dishonest about their charges. It really is a shame bc I thought I had found the best chiropractor for me, finally. I asked multiple times what their charges would be and of course was surprised when I saw my claims. I have been to chiropractors all throughout the city and have never been charged as absurdly as this one - $160 extra just for being a new patient. So I got charged $160 to walk through the doors of this place and wait 40 minutes for my appointment. NEVER AGAIN!

I started visiting UHI in July after many years of back/sciatic issues. It was the best decision I could have made. I did some PT at a chain practice, spent a lot of money, even with insurance, and got little to no relief. I had been told to give chiropractic a try. A friend recommended UHI, and they have been great! Dr. Thoma is a great Chiropractor, very knowledgeable, explains everything she is doing in medical terms and in ways her patients would also understand, and overall seems to be a genuinely friendly person. She knows all her patients well! In addition to my weekly adjustments, I also have massage therapy with Laquita. Laquita is AMAZING! She really makes her patients feel comfortable, and really works hard in the "problem areas". I always leave feeling so much better because of her therapy, as well as with the adjustments with Dr. Thoma. Thank you both!

Dr. Amelia Case is the most knowledgeable practitioner I have seen in last 10 years of treatment in various states. Robert is amazing, try his cranial sacral therapy.
