Certified massage therapist Al Rush is sincere in his quest to relieve pain caused by "trigger points" in the soft tissue. He is an excellent communicator, which, when it comes to treatment that isn't relying on the interpretation of machine scans, etc., is critical to making these treatments as effective and helpful to the patient as possible. As a runner and yoga practitioner, I've noticed a marked difference following treatments and proper rest.

In my almost 12 years of being chronically ill I have seen over 35 doctors/practitioners. I am an expert in attending appointments and re-telling my health story at every appointment. Sarah is AMAZING!!! I have had horrible issues with my neck and back during all of my pregnancies. I normally sleep on my back and toward the 5th month of each pregnancy I start sleeping on my side. I guess that particular sleep position does not work for my body because I end up getting a 'crick' in my neck and I am unable to look in either direction. The pain was horrible and no one could get it out. I did not know of Sarah during my first pregnancy so I endured the pain until my neck chilled out. Luckily I stumbled about her when the same problem arose during pregnancy #2 and now she is my go to gal for everything!!! I have also recommended my family members to her. My dad and my husband will only go to her now. Her technique is amazing. I get knots in my muscles which are usually the stem of all my issues including my neck. Sarah finds the knots, applies pressure and it feels as though they are dissolving right under her hands. Amazing! I highly recommend Sarah.
