So I feel really bad posting a bad review because this lady is SO sweet. She really seemed to care whether I felt better, she extended my visit, she saw me last minute. On a personal note I can't say enough good things about her. But on a technical note, there is absolutely no way she studied this. I have been to many massage therapists for many years following a car accident. There is a knowledge you can tell is there when they work on you. This felt like guesswork and like there was no understanding of the anatomy underneath. I asked about the name of a body part and she didn't know, which sort of confirmed it for me. I wanted to leave 2 stars but feel bad, she was so nice. I just wouldn't go again, and if a friend asked me I wouldn't send them there if they had an injury :/

Adele is the best masseuse my husband and I have ever used. She heals your body and spirit with her hands. When I leave her office I feel like I had a great session with a therapist AND the best massage ever. Her style is intuitive and her hands flow with your energy. She is very flexible with scheduling, and will come to your hotel or apartment if you are downtown. Her office is discreet and you can slip in unnoticed. In the four years I came to her I only saw another client once. We moved away three years ago and I do not think we will find anyone like her again. We visit Chicago once a year, mostly because I want a massage with Adele. She is the city's best kept secret!

Adele is incredible & a natural healer– hands down, the best massage I have ever had. I have seen her a handful of times. Everytime I leave her office (little oasis away from the hustle of the city), I feel like my energy has been cleared and restored. I had my first massage here with Rosemary and I was very happy with this place! The spa was clean and relaxing and smelled wonderful! The front desk gals were so nice and welcoming and I was even greeted by the owner! My massage was very relaxing and she got the knots out of my shoulders that I was needing! The bed and room were warm, relaxing, clean and smelled nice. The massage was very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased. This place is a true spa and I look forward to going back again.

Adele saved my trip to Chicago. I tweaked my back somehow walking the city in the wrong shoes on Saturday. I woke up Sunday barely able to move. Adele spent extra time with me when we finally found the exact spot that needed focused attention. I felt so relaxed and renewed when I left. I walked the mile back to my hotel and ate a great dinner because I wasn’t in agony anymore. If I could give her more stars, I would.

I couldn't possibly say anything that hasn't already been said about how awesome the membership program is or how nice the facility itself is. The only thing that is weird is that after a treatment I always blink crazily like an owl when exiting the building because it's so dark inside. I would highly, highly recommend Scarlett and the Parafango treament. It's unbelievably amazing and your skin feels so awesome. Plus, you have the side benny of getting a facial while you're in the wrap. Generally, spas just throw in a head massage while you're sweating it out in the wrap, but the facial just tops it off.

Oh my! I just walked out from my message. I feel like i just woke up from a good nights rest. My husband purchase this gift for me for mother's day. Excellent Massage! Within minutes of being on the table, Adele knew exactly where each and every spot of tension was, and how to release it. She gently, but strongly worked each area until I was completely relaxed. I have never had a therapist who understood the body on such a deep level. Very understanding, attentive and professional. After a long and delayed flight from Germany, I needed a professional massage to unwind. Adele provided just what I was looking for. She is a licensed massage therapist and very experienced and her practice is conveniently located downtown. Her office feels like a secluded oasis that provides you a blissful break from the busy city. Before getting to work, Adele makes sure she knows what parts of your body require special therapeutic attention. The lotions she uses are anti-inflammatory and very soothing. All in all, definitely one unforeseen highlight in Chicago. When I’m back in the city, I’ll make sure to see Adele again. Strongly recommended.
