Had a fantastic massage today with Ken at the Eagle location! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had! He worked out so many knots and I swear my posture was 1000 times better after leaving than when I showed up. :) I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Tried to call about 4 or 5 times on separate occasions over several months to ask questions and nobody ever answers. Also the online signup is not intuitive and very confusing. Had questions about the online booking but could not get a hold of anybody to help. After this last attempt with no success, I will not waste my time anymore and go with a competitor. The lack of front facing service does not fit my style. If I cant talk with someone or you don't have the time or staff to address my questions without endless emails back and forth then you don't have time for my business.

Extremely unreliable! I made a reservation for a prenatal massage for my wife for mother's day. The masseuse, Amaya, texts me less then 5 hours before the appointment around 11 am saying she has came down with strep throat is canceling on me. I don't even know where to start with that... If she has strep throat then she should have been feeling symptoms the day before, or giving the benefit of the doubt, when she woke up. But why is she canceling after 11 am? Either was she would have known about it earlier and didnt even bother to contact me sooner so I can plan on getting my wife a mother's day gift. The alternative is she didnt have strep throat and came up with the most obvious reason to cancel, maybe because she had her own mother's day plans later in the day and didnt realize when she took the reservation, so she ruins my wife's mother's day. After I replied and told her how upset I was about it she just doesnt reply. So I message again asking if she could possibly find a replacement. She then replies that she has been looking for a replacement but if that was the case wouldn't she want me to know that from the beginning? Why am I the one trying to figure out what should have been her responsibility to begin with? After a while she seemed to find someone who could do a much shorter time slot for only $10 dollars less and less then an hour and a half to get ready. I had to decline because my disabled daughter has a strict feeding schedule and that option didn't offer any kind of compensation for a lesser service. My day is ruined and I dont plan on doing business with Idaho Massage in the future.

Have had two different massage therapists. If you don’t mind conversation throughout your massage and like a softer massage, not a real sports massage or deep tissue then Marita was good. If you’re looking for myocardial release and a deeper massage that you can REALLY feel then James is your guy!

My husband bought me a surprise mothers day prenatal massage as I'm 8 months pregnant and in a lot of pain. He told me this morning to get ready before 4pm to go. We where told at 11am ON MOTHERS DAY, they had to cancel because the person doing the massage had strep throat. I have kids, I know for a fact you don't just wake up with strep, you start feeling sick a few days before. I understand canceling the appointment, but she should of yesterday or the day before not hours before my appointment. When my husband asked if they had literally anyone to replace her, it took them hours to respond they could and magically at 3:45pm they could do the massage at 5pm for half the time for almost the same price. I told my sad and defeated husband not to worry about it. Mothers day is about love. Not about massages! I love the thought behind it. But if I was planning on gifting a massage to someone, I wouldn't go here. They are unreliable as proven so.

I came here and got my very first massage ever and had the best experience today with Nicole Houk. She was the SWEETEST person ever and made me feel so so comfortable. I live in Nampa and this place is worth going all the way out to Eagle. This place has AMAZING service even the girl I spoke to on the phone booking my appointment was a sweetheart. Outstanding customer service and amazing deep tissue massage. I didn't want to leave. I will be going back here to treat myself on a regular occassion now.

I've only had a handful of massages in my life, and most were at resorts while on a vacation. But I have to say this place, and specifically Katelyn, is absolutely legit! Wow! So good, so relaxing....ridiculous! Will be back!

There are a lot of massage therapists working here, so try a few until you find one you like. After trying a couple, I got a massage from Kate, and it was awesome. I've been destroying my hips and lower back going too hard in the gym and then sitting all day at work. After 75 minutes with Kate, I'm feeling significantly better, and she didn't put me through too much agony. The prices here are good, they clearly don't waste resources on unneeded staff, and the scheduling process is easy. Worth a shot.

My first visit with Idaho Massage was with Theresa and the quality was absolutely outstanding! The balance between light and deep pressure was perfect, she took the time to actually fix some areas, and used amazing stretching techniques. I basically walked out unable to remember my name out of sheer bliss. I have a hard time relaxing while being socially engaged during a massage, but usually end up chatting the whole time, anyway. With Theresa I didn't stress about how to end th pleasant conversations so I could "turn off" and relax...she picked up on non-verbal cues better than any massage therapist I've had. I really felt she put thought into what I needed, as an individual, opposed to a generic massage I've had a million times. I also like the option of multiple therapists with varied styles available in one location. I'll definitely make the drive from McCall to Eagle for my massages in the future!
