I was Riding my motorcycle through town on a Saturday when a sore neck turned into excruciating pain with a golf ball size lump! Not something that’s makes for a safe or fun ride!! Thankfully Holly at Elements was able to schedule me in. My neck was so bad just one session didn’t (cure) it but it sure did make the rest of my ride a lot more enjoyable!!

Nice massage, but after waiting in the waiting room, massage started a few minutes late. I figured they would add it to the end of the massage. Nope, massage was actually ended 9 min early. So I paid for 90 min but got 75.

First the massage therapists are constantly leaving. Secondly, I feel that Mallory at the front desk is ripping me off. I pay a monthly fee and every time I go she is charging my card for changes to their policies "from the new owners." She will make changes to your account and not provide a written contract of those changes. She ruins any stress relief you get from the massage as she is very cold in her demeanor and just wants to charge your card in addition to monthly payment. Why should I pay the full price for a 60 minute massage when I am usually a 90 minute member but only had time for 60 minute massage that month? Can we say scam! She is rude and unprofessional. She says that I have credit built up and next time says no credit was built up. Ugh. Support your local independent massage therapists rather than chain massage businesses that rip you off. Massage envy had rotating masseuses but didnt rip you off at least and the front staff was a lot nicer.

Every time, they ask me exactly what I want done and I have never left feeling like something was missed. I was very happy with my visit to Elements Massage. They were able to get me in last minute Christmas Eve for a problem that has popped up over night. John did an amazing deep tissue message, probably the best I have had. He was sure to make sure of my comfort level throughout the entire visit. I will be back in two weeks like recommended to continue to work on my current back issues. Would highly recommend.

Went in as a new customer and got a couples massage with my wife at the discounted rate, and I've been a member of the wellness program ever since. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and of course the massage is fantastic! Edit: I have to take one star off for the recent change in software that will not allow members of the wellness program to apply money already paid to partial (30 minute) increments or tips. Previously money was money, but now it counts as a "session" and can only be used in 60 minute chunks.

Overall the massage would've been great if only she’d stop talking but I found it rude when the lady in the front said are you going to be leaving any gratuity? Sure did! It was suppose to be a full hour instead it was for 40 minutes and talked my ear off for 20 minutes about what areas needed work on which is exactly why I went to you guys... TO WORK ON IT! But thanks anyways.

The whole experience from the time I stepped in to the main office to the time I walked out I was made sure I was relaxed and happy. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience even though I walked in feeling slightly nervous. I do plan to be going back very soon for yet another amazing experience.
