I like how your monthly wellness program can be transferred to an person to be used. I would not have come to Elements if my dad was not able to transfer his massage to me. Because I was able to get a massage--a very VERY good massage--I will recommend you to others! I love Gerald's deep tissue method and understanding of the body.

I like that to you can get an appointment on short notice but anything other than a massage (hot stones, cupping etc) is extra so then it is more costly than other massage therapists.

Gave away my scheduled appointment within an HOUR of my having made it because THEY neglected to make a note of my last name. Not my fault the scheduler didn't get the needed information. I called immediately when she left me the voicemail saying they needed my last name and gave it to her, she then called to tell me she gave away my appointment time. WHAT? WHY? How about another day? Uh NO. That is not 'customer service'. I will not be treated this rudely again, plenty of good massage therapists out there.

They seem pretty good about returning phone calls. But the Cancel/Change option in the client portal seems defunct. Clean, comfy, courteous service/rooms. But the tight waiting room not really allows much space for thought or privacy, especially if half occupied. Good prices. Many therapists available short notice as in 24 hours beforehand.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS UNLESS YOU WANT LOTS OF SPAM! I have unsubscribed from the lists multiple times with no change. - 1 star for the volume of email and no way to get out A well-oiled machine! Go here for a darned good massage. This does not seem to be a spa type experience here, more therapeutic. The therapist I had was very in tune with the areas in need of attention. She worked hard to effectively provide focus on those problem spots without turning me into a pile of Jell-O. All in all, a great experience worthy of a return trip. They do like to work you for additional appointments, you will get lots of subtle hints as you finish your first appointment and a gazillion emails after that.

With Zach's skill and knowledge, the issues I've had with chronic pain have greatly decreased. Having regular massages has made chiropractic treatments more successful and I have been able to increase time between adjustments by several months. Making appointments is easy online and I am pleased with this option, and being able to see choices in days/times at a glance.

First off, they split an hour and a half massage for one person, into an hour long massage for 2 people. That was awesome to start! My massage therapist was Fritz. It was the best massage I've ever had! She worked hard at the knots in my back, legs and shoulders and made my muscles turn to Jell-o in the best way possible! I highly recommend elements and I hope to be back very soon!

Hour and a half hot stone massage. Heated massage beds, soft sheets, great face rests, and the hot stones were right on temp. Not too hot, not too cold. No super smelly oils or that oiled up after feeling when done. Will be adding this to my routine every two weeks.

They have pretty good customer service at this location, although if you don't use the service you have to wonder if you want to continue the membership. There was one really good female therapist here and another female therapist who was really a disappointment, even as the Lead. I wish they had a bigger waiting area. Overall I would give this Massage Elements a 3 to 4 star rating.

My husband had gotten me a G/C for Christmas and I finally got around to using it. I was reeeeally excited when I read up on all the great reviews and then to come in to get a massage. When I came for my appt, the place just felt like a spa and so relaxing and peaceful and they had lemon oil burning. I just knew I was going to love my Massage. I was given a girl that’s a I can’t remember her name (she was slim and had glasses and a ponytail). She was a very nice girl but the massage just was terrible. I had a 90 minute massage so I figured I’d really be able to relax and enjoy it. The oil she used was rancid and her technique just didn’t flow. It all felt so mechanical, not specialized really. After the first 50 minutes or so when I was on my back and she started massaging my neck and shoulders I finally started to relax and fall asleep and then she YANKED my head up out of the blue forward and up to stretch it without warning. I have a reeeally bad neck so not only was this painful but shocking while I was in such a relaxed state. There seemed to be a lot of stretching she did with my legs and arms which I’m not interested in and wasn’t aware of and it was actually quite painful. I felt more like I was in Physical Therapy. Today my neck is sooo sore. I was thinking before my massage, even tho the prices are steep if they were really good I sure don’t mind paying for a great massage. But sadly I won’t be coming back. Maybe it was just her technique I don’t know. Not sure if the other therapist are the same but not willing to spend $119 to see. It’s a bummer because it really is a relaxing and calm place and the front desk is awesome. (The front desk asked me before I left how I liked my massage etc but there were people right there by the desk in the waiting area. So I wasn’t sure what or how to say that I didn’t enjoy my experience. I did tip the girl $5 only because I know how hard it is to do massage all day, it’s very hard work. But I wasn’t comfortable telling them I didn’t have a good experience).

Great massage at a reasonable rate. Definitely recommend Edit: Unfortunately I have to revise my original review. While there are a couple of good LMT's here, be very wary regarding the prepaid wellness program. They will continue to bill you while making you jump through hoops to get out of it. You have to sign an in-house form, and give 30 days notice. So, if you travel or are otherwise unable to get in there in time, they'll just bill you again. Call all you want, they'll just keep billing. Also, they've raised their rates, and are no longer a good value in my opinion.

It's real a rip off when you get a mechanical, not a massage at all or a half a** pat down, where your tip is only for the water and a smile that you got. But the desk service is good at the Cordy location, and I will book only Wendy who I know his outstanding. There's a couple therapists here that I would never see again. I wish that the member rate was a little lower, which would also make gratuities easier.
