This is my usual go-to place for a massage. It matches the price of no frills massage places but provides the massage quality of what you would expect at a hotel massage. (In fact, I think the quality of the massage is better.) It is located conveniently in the Ward/Kaka'ako area so parking is easy. The base price for a 60 minute massage is $75 but they offer many specials and packages.

Do yourself a favor and book a massage! My sister and I booked a 90 min massage and it was Amazing! Upon our arrival Devy checked us in and made sure we were comfortable. Her attentiveness and customer service was impeccable! Then to top it off we got two of the most gifted and knowledgeable massage therapists in Oahu! Angy and Anela! They were fantastic! I wish I could pack them in my suitcase and take them home! You will not be disappointed with either of them!

I tried the 90m groupon spa package for a special occasion. I am not sure it was the best deal, since it looked like the prices were about what I paid if not cheaper on their in store menu. The experience was relaxing and not at the same time. Angy came on strong which was fine, because I can get squirmy and ticklish if not. But at times it felt like trying too much. I wasnt able to pinpoint my lower back pain, but she kept trying to find "the" spot even after I said it was fine. I guess be wary of what you mark on the intake form because they will use it! I was being honest but also was expecting just a general full body massage. Definitely more focus on the upper body than anything. Hot stones were surprisingly nice. The feet and face was minimal. The head/scalp was definitely unnecessary for me and I would stop them in the future. I'll be open to another visit or possible a couples package when I see another deal.

Wouldn't use them my wife had 1and a half hour massage left feeling no better or slightly worse and he hardly spoke to her. I had a 1 hour the lady was polite but I've never been massaged through a sheet before not sure if they knew what they were doing when mine finished she just left the room said nothing?? Never again

Great Couple's Massage: All that I could've expected or hoped for in an hour full-body couples massage: free easy parking right across the street by old SportsAuthority, clean & peaceful AC room, got to take off as much or little clothes as want and are covered with blanket, customizable pressure or areas of focus, oil/lotion used, massager talked when engaged and remained silent when not, and every other aspect was great.

This spa is in a convenient location, right across sports authority. I have had a massage from Ryoko and she is great! There are many great massage therapists here and there are all kinds of styles. Swedish, Sports, Thai, Acupressure, and combination techniques. Really good deals and comfortable atmosphere!

I was here a couple of times and each experience was wonderful. The website and booking is top notch and so easy. Parking is easy and free right across the street. You are met by a friendly staff and it's a very relaxing clean place. I was impressed! The main thing is my massage was the best ever. I had two different therapists and both were very very good. I came for the stress and tightness in my neck once and the other time for my frozen shoulder. I love them so much I have now purchased the package deal due to the great prices. I've lived here for 30 years and don't spend my money at high end spas on fufu massages. If you want the best, you have to try this place, you won't regret it.

Bought a 90 min couples massage For hubby and I. Got there early. Met Ivana at the front desk. All staff were nice and kind. I had Paul as my massage therapist and hubby had Satomi. I thought it would be a relaxing experience where I would fall asleep but it hurt sometimes so sleeping was out. Hubby liked his. My back and the back of my head feels bruised. I can't lean back on a chair or lay on my back. I won't buy this again or go back there.

I had a great experience at Hawaii Natural Therapy. Prior to my arrival, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my prearrival changes (moved appt from June 20th to June 21st and changed preference to female masseuse) and honored the discount rate I found on Groupon. My husband and I got a couples message and we both thought it was amazing. The hot stones were just right, the music was relaxing and the pressure applied was just perfect. Although the place looks sketchy from the outside, it is nice on the inside and very professional. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great message with fair prices to match. Definitely a great choice for celebrating my birthday!

My family and I (4 of us) tried their lomilomi massage during our vacation in Oahu 2 weeks ago. Everybody was extremely nice (ffrom the lady who took our appointments over the phone, the owner/manager who gave us many fantastic recommendations, the massage therapists, to the receptionist). The therapists listened to our needs and always making sure that we were comfortable and relaxed (which we really needed after days filled with lots of swimming and hiking). The facility is very clean and relaxing, and they provided clear parking instruction (which is very important as tourists). Will definitely come back when we visit the island again. Highly recommended!

My experience here far exceeded any expectations I had and was one of my best massage experiences ever, and I have had probably 20 massages before. They got me in when I wanted the morning I called, and treated me extremely well. I was very impressed with all that was accomplished in just 60 minutes, and how much better I felt after. I was not able to turn my head to the right without pain for a few days before I went in and after there was no pain! Ivana’s knowledge of what my body needed was fantastic. There is no place I would rather go for a massage! And no better way to start a relaxing vacation.

I have been to see Ivana several times now. I have chronic back pain from a bad chiropractic experience and she has multiple certified options that she can try, including Chinese medicine that I’ve come to love. I’ve been to see one other therapist there along with my mom and we both feel that everyone is very professional and well versed in massage therapy. As with any massage, just be sure to ask for extra time where needed; and if you like soft vs. deep tissue etc. They’re very good at accommodating your needs.

The inside of the shop is incredibly warm and inviting with a chill island vibe, it always smells wonderful and is very clean! Location of this place is ideal as well, it's easy to find with plenty of parking nearby, and great if you have errands to take care of in the ward area. They also take medical insurance which has been so helpful for a few of my friends too!! And can't forget the prices are amazing for the quality of massage you receive here! My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage here through Groupon and the experience was great! This was our first ever massage together and we really enjoyed it. There were two beds in a quiet room with peaceful music. The massage therapists let us chose who wanted the male and who wanted the female, which I thought was great. Both therapists made sure the pressure was how we wanted it throughout the entire massage. After our massage we had a bowl of grapes and a tiny cup of water waiting for us up front. Overall great experience. Staff was awesome.

We came in today after our friend told us how great her massage was and weren’t disappointed! Parking at the shopping center across the street was easy and straightforward and when we arrived we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped us check in until our therapists took us. It was such a great massage and I caught myself falling asleep! We liked the relaxing and professional atmosphere. It’s a small clinic but what we liked is that specialize only in massage and they do it really well. They also have things that I don’t find a lot in other spas like cupping and guasha. Either way, it was a great time and I will definitely be coming back!

Booking was a breeze on their app. The place was easy to find and had parking available. I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk, and seated in the waiting area - though didn't have to wait long. Mark was my therapist and he was professional and courteous the entire session. I appreciated that he periodically asked if the pressure and treatment was as expected. The ambiance inside was relaxing and clean. Though only here for a short term work assignment, I'll be frequenting HNT while here.

She did an amazing job at loosening me up and working on my tendonitus in my biceps. She also helped to explain what I should do in the future to keep working on those areas and to keep them loose.

I have been to Hawaii Natural Therapy for a medical massage 3 times so far and it keeps on getting better! Originally, I attended Hawaii Natural Therapy to try out since my medical massage co-pay with my insurance is only $20 plus tax--what a steal! But after scheduling the 2nd and 3rd appointments, I realized that the massages I receive are more than just therapeutic--the massages they provide are effective at addressing my real issues of limited mobility and tight muscles. For my second and third visit, I had Tessa and Sun. Tessa was amazing and offered to do a Thai massage to work out the kinks in my back, which I felt was very helpful. She is definitely a person I feel comfortable seeing again since she also noticed my forward/rounded shoulder and helped work on the surrounding muscles. For my third visit, I had Sun and he was incredible!!! I mentioned to Sun that my rotator cuff has been in pain recently due to daily work and exercise stress, and I requested him to focus on those areas--the best news was hearing that he specializes in the rotator cuff and surrounding muscles! I thoroughly enjoyed the massage he provided and he seemed highly knowledgable about how to work the tight muscles. After receiving a massage from Sun, I feel confident that further appointments with him will help resolve my issues and I will be coming back again. I hardly leave reviews; however, I believe Tessa and Sun deserve recognition for their great work.

My massage with Brandon was one of the best I've ever had, and I dated a massage therapist! It significantly reduced the neck and shoulder pain and tension I'd been having for some time. He started off the massage with stretching and pulling muscles while I was still fully under the sheet which was unique to me. Typically therapists just warm you up this way. Somehow beginning this way was quite therapeutic for my body. He ended with a bit of Thai massage stretching which gave my back more of a release than I can usually get on my own with yoga etc. Not the type of posh experience you'd expect at a day spa, but I went for therapy and that's what I got! All in all, Hawaii Natural Therapy Clinic is an excellent place for massage therapy.

A friend and I went to Hawaii Natural Therapy this past Monday - we were visiting Oahu from San Diego on business. We called that day and were able to get in for two 60min massages on short notice (we even got a discount for booking 2 massages at once). My friend and I agreed that both massages were amazing! A truly wonderful massage. I was greeted by a masseuse who asked what my trouble areas were and then immediately went right for them in a very gentle distressing kind of way. But massage ended with a few grapes and a fresh glass of water. Truly felt like my needs were taken care of and I was immensely relaxed.

Place is a bit dirty, the massage tables are old and uncomfortable. The staff really isn't the best. Not worth it!!!! If you have had maggaes that are good, you will be disappointed with this place.
