My husband and I have been clients of Alicia for over 2 years. Chuck is disabled so she comes to our home every other wednesday for our messages. Alicia has such patience and care with him when he is slow or compromised with his disabilities. Her knowledge is tremendous and she uses so many techniques to relieve, solve, help whatever problem we may be experiencing. Over the past 30 years we have had many message therapists and Alicia is number one by far. We recommend her to our friends and family with ultimate confidence and pleasure. Thank you Alicia for your care of us and for the friendship we have developed. Even our two cats are always happy to see her when she comes to the house.

I found Alisha’s website and was intrigued because it stated she had a massage for Bell’s palsy. I’m always looking for new information on this. I’ve had it twice in my life and felt as if I was having another episode coming on . After explaining to her, I was able to get in within 30 min . Alisha understands how the Bell’s palsy works with nerves and muscles being inflamed and was able to reduce some of the knots and the pain is gone from my shoulder, neck and weakness seems better now. I will definitely see Alisha again . Hopefully we can work on other areas as well. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Alisha is hands down the best massage therapist. I always feel cozy and safe and comfortable during my massage. I go to her with headaches/ lower back pain from herniated disc and stress. It helps me refocus on myself and let myself know that i need some TLC sometime. She is great about same day appointments with emergent pain. We also have great convos when I’m up to chatting but she is also a great therapist in the sense of she knows when you need to not talk as well!!! I would recommend her times ten!

I have been going to The Sore Spot for 20 plus years. I began with Alicia with the occasional massage for chronic back/shoulder/neck pain. I have since committed to weekly massages and we are effectively managing my neuromuscular pain. Alicia employs multiple techniques in my massages including the following: Deep muscle therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, deep connective tissue, myofascial release, orthopedic pain management and foot massage. Alicia is an amazing therapist who is naturally intuitive. Through the use of her fingers, hands, forearms, elbows and upper body she can find the areas that are causing me pain. Her knowledge in the human body allows her to know that often the area of pain, the sore spot, is not the origin of the pain but referred pain from somewhere else. I love her massage table with it's bolsters that cradle my body and it's ability to flex/extend me to assist with the work she does. I can never go back to a flat massage table again. I highly recommend Alicia for any massage needs. She is truly skilled in her work and you will find no better therapist.
