It would appear that this establishment gives preferential treatment to those 'Full Paying' customers and to the Groupon patrons, we are treated less favourably.
We all know you make nothing from Groupon, but it's a great way to 'TRY' out an establishment to see if it's a good fit, and 'Gifted Touch' failed miserably in my opinion.
Not every Groupon patron is poor or destitute.
I purchased this massage as a gift for a friend following her horrible accident. Following this massage, I was gifting her a twice monthly massage for an entire year, because she needs it. However, we needed to make sure she would be happy and Groupon is the best way to try out a service.
I purchased a 90 min massage for her because that is what she told me she needed but barely received 60. I would have purchased 500 mins for her if she said that is what she needed. I am so freakin pissed!
The male employee started her massage timer as he spoke with her and had her fill out paperwork. Not cool!
She said she was shocked but was grateful for the gift I gave her. Well, I'm not happy because I want value for my money and did not receive it even if it cost $1 dollar. .
This is unacceptable.
I was about to call this establishment and speak with the owner about this but after seeing these reviews, I will just find another place for her.
If it were possible to give this establishment a (negative) rating, I would and Groupon needs to know about this as well.
