I purchased a message through Groupon for Gifted Touch. When I called for an appointment I was told that I could only book a time for two weeks out. I cant' plan that long so I passed and called a month later. I was told the same thing, only two weeks out. Is this a planned way to get Grouponers to not use the plan? Are they this busy?? Tried to book an appointment one more time (now Groupon is expired), still two weeks out and only will give discount for amount of what I paid for Groupon. Useless, waste, of, time, and, money.

I have been using Gifted touch for over 2 years. It started with a Groupon and ended up going often (at least once/month). I have had a dramatic improvement in the pain from a neck injury in my teens. I have had less headaches and reduced use of narcotics and muscle relaxers since going to Krissy.

I have been going to Gifted Touch for several years now. They are always courteous, friendly, but best of all - great massage therapists. Whether for stress relief, or for specific aches - Krissy and her staff always take good care of me. My wife has used them too, and love their massages too. I have referred many people to Gifted Touch for massage therapy (and other services), and everyone raves about the quality of care given. I get a massage once per month with them, and i highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented, friendly massage therapists!

It would appear that this establishment gives preferential treatment to those 'Full Paying' customers and to the Groupon patrons, we are treated less favourably. We all know you make nothing from Groupon, but it's a great way to 'TRY' out an establishment to see if it's a good fit, and 'Gifted Touch' failed miserably in my opinion. Not every Groupon patron is poor or destitute. I purchased this massage as a gift for a friend following her horrible accident. Following this massage, I was gifting her a twice monthly massage for an entire year, because she needs it. However, we needed to make sure she would be happy and Groupon is the best way to try out a service. I purchased a 90 min massage for her because that is what she told me she needed but barely received 60. I would have purchased 500 mins for her if she said that is what she needed. I am so freakin pissed! The male employee started her massage timer as he spoke with her and had her fill out paperwork. Not cool! She said she was shocked but was grateful for the gift I gave her. Well, I'm not happy because I want value for my money and did not receive it even if it cost $1 dollar. . This is unacceptable. I was about to call this establishment and speak with the owner about this but after seeing these reviews, I will just find another place for her. If it were possible to give this establishment a (negative) rating, I would and Groupon needs to know about this as well.

As a travel writer, I've had massages from plenty of wonderful spas at luxury resorts, and I can honestly say that Susan has still been the best massage therapist I've ever had! She's incredibly knowledgable and offers both healing and relaxation. I can't say enough good things about Gifted Touch; my back has never felt better, and I can't wait for my next appointment. (And definitely try the cupping. It's amazing!)

Groupon users beware!!! They do not respect people who purchase massages through Groupon. They cancelled the appointment I made for my mother's birthday less than 24 hours before the time and did not apologize at all. They rudely urged her to either reschedule or give the massage to someone else as a gift. What a joke. They will ask for your groupon number at the time you make your appointment so that they can cash in on it BEFORE you get your massage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Over the past 7 years, I've had consistently excellent relaxing massages from the best healing hands in Winter Park! The genuinely compassionate massage therapist seem to be on a mission to help relax and heal their clients from the inside out! Massage has improved my quality of life by showing me the benefits of taking care of yourself. I had chronic neck pain, lower back pain from a herniated L3/L4 disk, and limited mobility in turning my head-I'm now drug free from pain meds thanks to the results of twice a month massages. The professional and peaceful atmosphere, combined with dimmed lighting and soft soothing music in the background, is further enhanced by lying on a BioMat that radiates energy and heat from below the soft sheets. This, along with soft but firm miracle hands, makes the entire massage experience worth every penny. BTW-over the years, scheduling my appointments has never been an issue! I've highly recommended the services of Gifted Touch to several of my girlfriends who are now clients as well!

Stop Here For Procedure Chairs. You' Will Not Be Disappointed. I've heard from colleagues that these chairs (the 2000 series) are every bit as good as MidMarks at a fraction of the price. When it came time to furnish another office I sought out Gifted Touch's website. The owner himself, Jeff, called back within five minutes and handled everything perfectly. He mentioned he was out of the country but took the time, and I really cannot say enough good things about his level of service and attention to what I needed. .

This place is great I really love my massage therapist Roscio she is great. Very sweet. And does an awesome job. I went in for a shoulder neck and back massage and I still feel great today because of it she really massage the knots out of my shoulder.
