Organic produce & groceries, juices & smoothies, and massage therapy right on 30A!! This is the biggest little store in the area. Looking for goat milk kefir? Paleo-friendly sandwich wraps? Certified organic asparagus? Kombucha? This is the spot.

The store is a really neat place-quiet and calm, makes it easy to look around without being hassled, but most of all I love the massages here! I've had several and it's always been a great experience...great prices on the massages too. Would definitely recommend!

I love getting massages from Mark there. I shop often and do special orders. They are knowledgeable and kind and compassionate. I got many of my natural resources for healing from an accident trauma from there. They carry a good amount of local items from produce to meats and ice cream! They are so willing to help whenever they can and become like family. A cleansing juice once a week is a super treat for the self!

This is a great health-food market with a case of super fresh greens and also clean availability to various juice choices.Items which I thought would be obscure in finding were right there and as I looked was surprised to see fresh options for salads,wraps,etc.This being the best choice for all your nutritional needs and my new favored market!Also,when inquiring about a certain product,they assured me they would research and find availability.

LOVE For the Health of It! This store is a hidden gem by the beach. You have to try their fresh smoothies! I also love the 5 Alive shot. They have a wide variety of groceries and fresh produce. They are basically a large grocery store, pharmacy and smoothie shop all in one perfect package. Highly recommend!

Great service but items are overpriced. You can get a member's discount for $50/year. Great if youare local and want the convenience. But some items are significantly higher and are 7u at Publix for much cheaper. C

Every year we spend a week in this area, and every year this is our grocery-away-from-home. They have almost everything we use at home that we purchase from a large upscale grocery store. I mentioned pumpkin seed butter to them last year and the store manager said, with obvious sincerity, she was going to look into it. It's impressive how much they squeeze into a small footprint. We also love their smoothies and my husband has had a couple of great massages through their service as well. A gem in a sweet little beach town. Can't wait to visit this summer.
