When searching online for a massage therapist came across Calm Relief. Calm Relief offers Lymphatic Massages one of the many massage they offer. I was very a happy with my Lymphatic massage 5 sessions decide to also try Scar Therapy. Scar Therapy help me stand up straight after the first session. I completed two sessions of scar therapy extremely happy with the results. So glad to have found MaryAnn at Calm Relief she listen to your needs and takes time to explain the information in detail . Excellent customer service , clean location and very relaxing environment .

I had a stroke and heard that Maryanne does a Cranial Lymphatic technique that is a lymph cleanse directly to the brain. Beyond the physical deficits, the stroke affected my memory, my ability to process info and left me hyper sensitive emotionally, it reduced my mental clarity. I felt slow and sad. I felt the difference in my brain after the first session. My mind truly rested for the first time in a year! After several sessions I found myself mentally capable of handling circumstances that a week before had left me overwhelmed and crying with anxiety. I call them stroke freak outs. I can only cry until the feeling passes. After a few cranial lymphatic sessions with Maryann, I was able to handle multiple tasks and challenges without feeling overwhelmed and emotional. For the first time in a year since my stroke I felt hopeful! I felt capable! I went from being confused and overwhelmed to feeling mental clarity and exhilaration! I think the body receives care after trauma but the brain just sits there after brain trauma. Kind of forgotten :(. The cranial lymphatic technique directly focused on my brain like nothing else has. For the first time I am hopeful that I will get my former capabilities back. My brain has been washed clean of the muck that was keeping it from making new pathways for me to function. I'm beyond happy with my experience at her office.
