I hesitated to give a 5-star, as this was my first professional massage. But Jen was wonderful and deserves it! She spent time getting to know me and my lifestyle before even getting into my 90 minute session. She was upfront about her style (less brute force, more purposeful). Atmosphere was plenty relaxing, I never came close to feeling uncomfortable. I came out not only feeling like I had a significant boost in "space" within my body, but also far more educated in how to continue to take care of body on my own and otherwise. Conversation was comfortable and controlled by my willingness to converse. Never felt forced to do so, or like I wasn't supposed to. All-in-all, definitely a 5 star experience and will be returning to continue with other parts of the body.

Best. Massage. Ever. Jen is great at what she does! She always takes the time to discuss what I’m looking to get out of my massage. Whether it’s for relaxation or to work on my problem areas, she has me walking out feeling like a million bucks! She gives me tips to help manage the tightness and soreness I’m always looking for her to fix. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. 100% recommend.

I was in desperate need for relief from pain when I found Zen Den on Maps. Convenient location and relaxing the minute you walk in. The waiting area and massage rooms are comfortable. Jamie is a miracle worker! She was able to fit me in for a short massage and I walked out feeling amazing!
