Tian is a secret is like to keep to myself, however when you receive excellent service you just have to share it. Never pushy, takes the time to listen to what you need, you are in good hands with her expertise and knowledge. I am a very picky person and I would definitely a hundred times over pick Tian for a massage. 5+++ stars all the way.

Tian is the most amazing massage therapist ever - and a wonderful person. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, has a profound understanding of the human body, and always intuitively provides you with exactly the right treatment you need at that point in time. She never rushes you, listens to your concerns, and then works her magic. On top of that she is very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. I have been seeing Tian regularly for years now; I sincerely cannot recommend her enough.

Hello everyone. I went to Tian for approximately 10x30 minute sessions this fall for back and neck related trigger points and overall tightness. She was a conscientious and responsive masseuse. We would begin each session by reviewing the results of the previous session and by checking in on what needed work for the current session. It's nice to have this kind of attention and concen paid to reflection on the efficacy of therapy- this is not so common in the realm of the masseuse. She also was not afraid to give me a deeper, more vigorous massage, and preferred to get right to the point in her massages- exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an effective and responsible massage therapist.

While providing therapy, she instinctively reacts to your trouble areas and applies the perfect amount of pressure. If one area needs more work, she will focus on that. It appears that Tian is as much a physiologist as she is a masseuse. She works deliberately and effectively - lower back pain was resolved within an hour. The fact that the whole thing felt incredible is almost an afterthought. By far the best treatment I've ever received.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with how amicable and professional the representatives and technicians were upon my arrival. The procedure selected was not only performed well but the technician explained what she would do and why and constantly gauged my preference on certain things such as pillows, temp, pressure level, and was certain to address any areas of concerns during the session and recommended things that could be done on my own in between visits.

She is one of very few people who have ever been able to do deep tissue work which is effective and long lasting. I always feel relief from headaches and neck pain after seeing her. She is always prompt, available, professional and lovely to talk to. She always returns phone calls and is never pushy with sales or scheduling. Tian's massage work is so effective, hitting all the right trigger points and reflexology points as well as working out muscle spasms and "knots." Going to her regularly is one of the best things I can do for myself. I always feel good about taking this time out to care for my body in this way. Once in a while in my every day life I come across someone who is just an amazing soul. Tian with premier massage studio in newark de is one of them. She is an extremely hard working multi- business owner but gets me in quickly and never rushes. I am a former division one dual sport athlete and current crossfit athlete and coach and I am very picky about who I see for body work. Tian listens and gets to work quickly on whatever problem I described and then literally works wonders. She uses scraping/cupping/deep tissue/etc. She is very intuitive and just genuinely great at her job.she has literally healed me on multiple occasions. I hugged this woman after she worked on a nagging injury for me today. If ur in the market for a massage/bodywork this is the place.

This therapist helped me to get over my pregnancy. During my second pregnancy I had a very bad chronic pain on my lower back. It was hard to do the daily chores and take care my 2-year-old girl. This woman is MAGIC!! I have had many massages in my 57 years and she blows all of them out of the water! I am disabled due to a musculoskeletal problem and was in the midst of a full blown "episode" that had lasted for months. I walked in there bent over using a cane and one hour later, i walked out and forgot to pick up the old lady cane in the corner. I didnt need it!! She is phenomenal! Don't let the plain decor deter you. I've been in gorgeous spa environments with all of the extras (waterfalls, oils, candles, etc.) and still need the cane after spending a fortune. Premiere is reasonably priced and i haven't spoken with anyone who has been there that doesn't have a glowing review! 10 STARS IN MY BOOK!!!

This massage therapy is like no other that I have tried. I had pain in both shoulders, significant stress, pain in hip and fingers. I have had it so long I was beginning to think I had arthritis and could one day need hip surgery. However, after reading reviews I decided to try this place. AMAZING results!!! Immediately!! After one session the pain in shoulders, fingers and hip were completely gone. I wish I knew about this place years ago. The therapist is extremely knowledgeable, puts you at ease and explains everything. If you are looking for excellent massage services just go here! This is now a part of my health routine, period!!

Tian is amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I recently went to her for a frozen shoulder issue. I lift weights regularly and incurred some sort of injury in addition to my chronic bursitis. She took the time to go over my symptoms and and all information. I went to her initially because I saw online that she does gua sha (scraping) and cupping therapy. She worked some kind of magic with a combination of acupressure, deep tissue, and gua sha. Felt amazing when I left and the next day my mobility has doubled! I will definitely be going to see Tian again. I simply cannot say enough about the difference only one hour of her work can make.

Tian is a very talented and wonderful massage therapist. I ask for deep-tissue massage, and she delivers! I have suffered from tendonitis, occassional migraines and a delicate lower back, and Tian works wonders with me and has helped me to improve in all areas. She is helpful, courteous, polite, and very accommodating. Her massages always last at least the amount of time you request, and she responds great to feedback. Her prices are extremely reasonable. I highly reccommend her services! I use them personally, and she also has visited our corporate office for chair massages, which is a wonderful break in the day.

Tian Shao is by far the best massage therapist I have had in my long history of needing and receiving massages. She has a gift of intuitively knowing what is needed and incorporates many modes for the most effective massage - from medical massage, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, cupping, scraping to modes I don't know if they have a name. To me it is the best blend of Eastern and Western modes of care tailored to the person receiving the massage. I have long term chronic issues, especially in neck and shoulders, and stress goes right to my muscles. I have been called a "walking trigger point". I am extremely picky, to the least, regarding who works on me and since finding Tian I have used no other practitioner. 5 stars is not enough. 10 ++++++. Look no further.

This was a uplifting experience. I had recently injured myself to a horrible hamstring pull and in need of desperate recovery. Then I met Tian, she is very professional and understanding to the matter and I mentioned to help apply pressure to the pain area with much focus to soothe the injury. Her hands are magical and very relaxing. She knew when to apply much pressure and at times know when not to.
