Having recently moved here from New York, I was so surprised to find a spa of this caliber in Dover, Delaware! I first had an ear candling and on my second visit I had a colon cleanse and a nutritional evaluation. The atmosphere is very soothing and staff completely professional. I'll be scheduling an herbal wrap at the end of summer and surely by then I'll be considered a 'regular'. I highly recommend Heather's for spa services if you're in central Delaware.

Today was my first visit to Heather's Holistic which was recommend by a friend at work. I immensely enjoyed a deep tissue massage by Yvonne. After she read my history we discussed my needs and expectations. It was apparent she is thoroughly educated in anatomy and provided the best custom theraputic massage I've ever had. She is also certified in Weight Loss counseling and also a Personal Trainer. She is extremely personable and freely shares her knowledge. We really connected and I'm sure I will become a regular on her schedule. Definately a 5 star recommendation.

I've been going to Heather's for years and have always had great service there. From great massages, ear candling, chiro adjustments and checking on my overall health with Lisa's testing methods. As a career military member I recommend Heather's without reservation. I have had my eyes opened to the benefits of massage and chiropratic care and wish I had much sooner. I just figured dealing with aches and pains was a part of the job and part of getting older. I didn't know that I would be affected in such a revitalizing way but I have. Give it a shot, all the people there are super friendly and it is worth it in the end. =)

This place smelled so wonderful as soon as I hit the door. I filled out a short form when I arrived and was seen shortly after. The prices are great for the excellent service I received. I was seen by Linda who was very knowledgeable in everything I asked and made me feel relaxed. I will definitely be returning for future services and recommending to all my friends! I received a wax and cannot wait to try their massages!

I had the BEST massage ever with Yvonne! She was so nice and caring. She listened to my concerns and really addressed them. I do deep tissue massage and she was always checking to see how the pressure was. I was having a problem with my shoulder and I thought I would have to go see the orthopedist but after she was finished it felt so much better I no longer feel the need to see the doctor! I have already scheduled my next appointment but had to make it 1 1/2 hours because 60 minutes just wasn't enough! I didn't want it to end!

Had my first appointment there today and it was THE BEST. The staff was absolutely amazing and so nice and they have great refreshments and such a cool calming vibe inside. I got a Brazilian done and Linda the waxer was so amazing. This has probably been the best /Least painful Brazilian I ever got and I’ve had a few done, and the prices are way better! Will definitely be going back again ❤️

I have been coming to Heather's Holistic Health for numerous years. Lydia Maitre takes excellent care of me! I usually get a maxi spa service which is my fantastic facial and a great massage! When you step into one of the rooms for your treatment you just totally relax and before you know it time is up. My treatment is usually two hours and I can't tell you how fast it goes but I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated! Heather's offers many services and also gift certificates!!! Can't wait to visit Lydia again soon.

Heather's Holistic Health is all about well-being. I started taking Yoga classes in February of this year. It is like a mini vacation. For one hour, I am in a peaceful, comfortable place. The room is beautiful, the lighting is perfect and the teacher, Lisa Torbert, amazing! I have become more flexible and most of all, more peaceful in my daily life. Once you open the door of Heather's, you walk into a warm place which has the scent of lavender and essential oils which automatically relaxes you. I am so grateful that I started Yoga at Heather's and have learned so much about the practice. I want to thank Lisa and when Lisa is not available (very rarely) we have wonderful substitutes, Ann and Jean. I am so happy to have Heather's Holistic Health close by and look forward to my Monday night getaways!
