This was hands down the BEST massage I've ever had, with immediate reduction of pain and improved range of motion in my shoulder. I've had several massages over the years (day spas, fancy resort, a medical facility, and various licensed individuals). I thought those other massages were good because I hadn't met Sue at Body, Mind and Soul yet! She addressed the cause of my pain and provided a very personalized experience that exceeded my expectations - I wasn't even sore afterward like I usually am after other massages and she went over our time to get to the root of my problem with no extra charge. She arranged her schedule to accommodate my request for 2 services (massage + facial) on very short-notice because I was in town on vacation. I live in PA and am seriously considering driving the 2 hours to see her again because of her knowledge of anatomy, her technique, and her sincere dedication to improving her clients quality of life. I highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for real improvement and lasting results. The facial was also amazing - it was my first one so I don't have anything to compare it to but my skin felt incredible :) Thank you Sue!!!

Based on the reviews, I decided to book Body, Mind, and Soul for my birthday spa day. I got a body wrap, a massage, and a facial. All I can say is AMAZING!!! As soon as I walked in I felt a calm come over me. The atmosphere is so serene and relaxing. Sue is very professional and a pleasant person to talk to. She knows what she's doing! I will definitely be back!!!!

Arrived around 158 for my 2pm appointment. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone. I wandered around the cramped space until aimlessly trying to walk through one of the few doors you see when you walk in. Someone from behind a door asked me to have a seat to the left. It was a small and cluttered room with a couch. I waited until 218 and decided to leave after no one came to greet or check me in. Extremely unprofessional and customer service (no customer service) was horrible. I would not ever return.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Holy guacamole. I feel like I need a shower after leaving this place and I definitely need a glass of wine. The “waiting room” was a filthy disorganized disaster. I was rudely shoed in there by the hair stylist who shares the suite because my provider was with another client . I had arrived exactly 5 minutes early and then waited for 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start before I walked out due to absolutely no acknowledgement other than the rude stylist who clearly wasn’t concerned with me since I wasn’t her client. No offer of water or anything to ease my wait (and no clean place to acquire it). I’m not sure how this location keeps any clients just based on visual disorganization- let alone the lack of customer service in a “spa.” SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

In my opinion, Sue is, by far, the most knowledgeable and talented massage therapist I have had the pleasure of meeting. At my most recent visit she was able to correct an issue with my shoulder within just a few minutes that was not improving despite many other treatment methods. I left with very minimal pain and nearly normal range of motion after dealing with severe pain and limited range of motion for months. This is only one example of how she takes the time to figure out your unique issues and find ways to improve them. She has also squeezed me into her schedule for "emergencies" multiple times. Sue goes above and beyond to serve her customers!

Love this place!! I’ve been seeing Sue for years she has helped me tremendously with my Trigger Points and muscle pain. I can’t believe the difference I feel after getting a message from her. Sue not only does my massage but also my facials. She exams your skin to see what type of facial will work best for you, my skin always looks smoother, hydrated and refreshed when I leave. I can’t wait till my next facial before I go on vacation. Sue is amazing, I would highly recommend her to anyone!
