Customer service was a plus!!! I loved Chris he understood my concerns and took very serious my problems. The atmosphere was incredible peaceful. The oils therapy is a MUST I did the “refresher” and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I walked in with a destroyed heart and very bad neck and back pain and when I walked out I was the most positive and energized woman! Clean, professional, friendly service! Myron is great! I have been there many times with no complaints! First time was a groupon gift, then I bought a buy one get in half off special and then I signed up for the membership. I have to say I would have never tried it had it not been for the discounted prices. They also send you emails where you can get additional discounts every so often. The monthly membership can be cancelled at any time and massages do no expire, you can add an additional person to you membership to use the massage too. Would definitely recommend you try this place out!

I’ve been going here for a while. The staff is very professional and the environment is relaxing. All of their massage therapists are excellent. I’ve been seeing Monique for a few weeks regularly now and she hits all my problem areas, leaving me pain free. I’ve been to multiple facilities over the years with muscle pain. Monique is experienced and knows exactly what solution you need. I would reccomend Elements Meriden and definitley ask for Monique.

I had a membership with element of massage for one massage per month. I live a very busy lifestyle fell behind on going monthly .I when to the studio to cancel my membership the lady at the front convinced me to put my membership on hold against my better judgment I did . The hold was for 3 month in those 3 months I still couldn't find the time to go in to use the 2 massage I had previously purchased. I was left in my opinion a very harsh message about my membership is due for payment because I already have two massage on the books and the rudeness of the caller voice mail which I still have I didn't update my billing info I called element of massage to make 2 appointments to use the massage I already purchase and was told I couldn't because I no longer have a membership and the only way I can use the massages I already paid for was to activate my membership and pay for 2 months membership fee. Now If I am having a hard time finding time to use 2 massage when am I going to find the time to use 4. I think there policy is misleading and should be illegal. If I pay for a service I should be able to use it has a please . I want element of massage to either give me the sevices I paid for or refund me my $138 I paid them to do nothing.

Very clean and neat. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff at desk and behind doors. Comfy room. Heated table was a plus. Open pretty late, 9pm! Zoey did wonderful. She has a friendly face with great hands hahaha. I was comfortable. She made sure she hit the spots I needed done most. She'd eased up when I asked. The salt-stone massage (forget the name, Himalayan maybe) was additional $25 but well worth it. I thought the stone would be too scratchy and tough on the skin but it's not. It's hot (just right) and exfoliates. My skin was soft as a baby's bottom. Membership is nice. Instead of paying annually it's on a month to month basis. Also, you can share your membership with one other person. This isn't my location but I found one back home, so I'm keeping the membership. I already booked my next session.

The space is lovely and tranquil, the front desk service excellent. I have been receiving weekly massage for years at different places with varying quality; here at Elements I experimented with several therapists until I found one perfect for me, and I receive a consistently excellent massage tailored to my needs. As a member, I pay $69 per month which includes one massage; every massage thereafter is $10 off— I can go every Sunday and still pay less than I would at other massage providers. I can adjust the lighting and sound level in my room to my taste. Elements offers discounts on specialty massage for members, so I can choose aromatherapy or hot stone massage for a reasonable rate. They always give me a lovely Lindt chocolate mint and a bottle of water after my massage, as well! The only thing I would change is the music piped into the room; I would prefer a more modern Asian -inspired relaxation music to piano.

Elements charged my card without consent after I had been hospitalized with and I called to cancel. Since it was a 2hr massage they charged a $70 penalty. I had to go through multiple massage therapist before I felt comfortable with my main therapist. Kevin is awesome. I also went through many therapist because they had created a sense of uncomfortabilty. Not quite or but close to physical violation. I speak of this now because the owner and manager had a dominating attitude. They displayed concern with charging my card and money vs. my safety and slight feelings of violations to my physical and moral well- being. I'll be severing ties immediately and don't recommend Elements at all. They trap you and are money hungry that's all. It feels good to finally be free to get these inner feelings off my chest.
